The stay was comfortable and well managed. The room was clean, tidy, and properly maintained throughout my stay. Staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help without delay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. The overall environment was calm and safe, making the stay relaxing and pleasant. The location is convenient, and the services provided felt worth the cost.

Rooms were clean and spacious, washrooms are also very clean, staff behaviour is good. I will definitely suggest to stay here

It is good to stay there But they didn't provide the dental kit daily. They handover a one kit and rest of days they give a 50 paise shampoo and a medimix soap

The stay was decent but the hotel management demanded extra payment at check-in since there is apparently a price mismatch between Fabhotel app price and their actual price so I had to pay extra there. I hope the fab hotel team and local management resolve and make sure the customer don't fall in this mess.

I've booked 2 rooms and arrived at 7pm, hotel staff were not prepared with room entries keys they took 15 min to settle the formalities. One room key was not working with smart card so we need to ask everytime service person to come and open the door. Soaps and shampoo are not arranged in rooms before we enter so we need to ask them, Hotel provides 50pc clinic plus shampoo I think they can change here. Hotel management please check on the bed quality (lost temper).

I demand a full refund for my stay due to extremely poor and unethical service. No hot water; I had to bathe in freezing water for 2 days and fell sick with fever on 26/01/26. Dirty beds, no Wi-Fi, AC/fan issues, and staff argued instead of helping. Loud adult noises made it impossible to rest; this hotel is not at all suitable for families. Staff were rude, dishonest, and the hotel is tied up with OYO, which is disappointing. This stay caused stress, illness, and a ruined trip. I insist on a full refund.

Extremely Dissarisfied . Reception and room service is very bad . Breakfast told to be included but they ordered 50 Rs idali loke dish . No and stuff provided in room like warm water , good quality towels . Room cleaning is very average level . Respectio staff is very irresponsible .

One star is mandatory but not worth the 1star. Hopeless room service and cleaning, rude and unapologetic behaviour of staff and worst hospitality. Just outside ambiance is nice but rooms are not clean.
