Single towel provided, no hot water, no complimentary water bottels, no toiletry brush and soap provoded

Location- Out side of the city and not on the main road. Rooms- Small size okay for 2 ppl Service- No food service within the hotel. they can deliver food from outside if you want. Staff- Very professional without any emotions. They will get all payment in advance and then only allocate the room. I booked room in advance as plan was to reach to the hotel by 7am. But We reached hotel at around 9:30am. Check-out time was 11am. We got only 1 and half to get refreshed. Staff called us sharp at 11am and ask us to vacant the room which I think was very rude. He should have understand that we reached late, paid full 1 day amount in advance so he should have offer us some additional time that pls take 1 hour additional if needed. I requested him for 10 mins and we vacant the room. Overall experience is not that great.

The person in the reception was very rude abd arrogant and made us pay extra 400 though i made booking online, also the bed was very dusty abd wasnt hygiene, but the receptionist was very very arrogant i wont visit next time we pay our money and the was so arrogant and rude like he was doing us a favour or something truly disappointed

First the booking agent messed up my booking, so I had to spend half an hour on the phone to clear things up before I could check in after a night's journey. Very basic rooms, tiny-really tiny-washroom! Then the reception guy who had taken my id proof, forgot to return it. I also forgot and remembered it a few days alter after I had left the city. When I called the hotel and told him he pretended to look for it but wouldn't pick up my calls. Finally I got the proprietor's no and requested him to intervene. Finally the reception person said he had my id proof. No way he'd not have realised immediately that I'd forgotten it there. He had my phone no. Couldn't he have called me and informed me? Wonder what they were upto.

Booked a room through online customer care. When tried to check in they don't allow you to check in and say that the tariff booked by you is low and they can't accept the booking. When called the customer care they make you wait for one hour in the call and connect with the call between other customers and create confusion. The customer care tell that they have spoken with the hotel and ask to checkin but the hotel doesn't allow you to check in. They maintain double standards between online customer care team and the hotel at the location.

One of the worst properties I ever stayed. I am a biker and travelled quiet a few places but never had this bad rooms and service in a city. If you have a choice, avoid this property
