I booked this pathetic hotel via fab hotels executive. to my experience i can never ever imagine coming back to jaipur again because of the people ( so called staff of this hotel ) who treat customers as only money bearers). all they care about is money . i have attached the photos of the room we were allotted which was in worst condition. the front panel of ac literally fell on me . it was very dirty , sheets were not cleaned , rooms of the door as well as bathroom were not getting locked. no soap , no tooth brush facility . the most unhygienic hotel i have ever visited. the staff is ill mannered. this hotel doesn’t accept masked adhar which is authorised by govt. . they did not take any other document other than adhar disclosing full number . let me know if someone can help me file their complaint as i feel that they use customer data .

Rooms are not maintained having bad odour of smoking and fouling smell of moisture, also when we ask for neet and clean room they charged us some extra amount.
