1 AverageIf i'm not satisfied with the stay...then how would i give 5 star rating to location..rooms(tv was not working, hot water was not there for bath, wifi connection was not there) will give zero rating. food( tea quality was very poor, we ordered our breakfast at 8:45 and when we call back them for breakfast at 9:30 they replied your order is not ready yet(even we can't prepare poori bhaji for you)we were busy to serve complimentary food....when we raise our voice for not serving food ,the whole staff was quite on reception like nothing is happen.. and the funny thing was they charged tax(5%) on every single food service mini meal thali was 300 they charged 320 rice chole was 200 they charged 220 what the hell you're doing guys on the name of business. parking (zero) rating staff behaviour (zero rating) staff response on call(zero rating) all over zero rating with worst experience. stop making people fool. i would suggest everyone not to stay in this pathetic hotel.Rajinder Kaur, 15 Mar
