FabHotel Classic Holiday

I hope i can give 0 star, and definitely i am gona post this on social media as well. that your team and hotel person are cheating with tourist and harassing them. when we reached jaipur classic holiday hotel, the people at the hotel reception informed us that despite our booking for deluxe rooms(with advance paid) they don't have rooms available for us, they hve booking for 30 rooms, they only had 12 rooms available in hotel. they showed us a deteriorated temporary rooms, insisting us to stay there. we refused, and the hotel staff claimed they had no rooms left, advising us to check elsewhere. despite paying, they failed to provide a room and reluctantly arranged one in jd 4 boutique hotel, where the conditions were unsatisfactory.after so much arguments they provide so called deluxe room and standard room, toilet seat was broken, no hot water facility in room we all 4 family members were managed in 1 washroom. i have attached the photographs. and they promised me that they will upgrade my standard room to deluxe room next day morning, despite promises, the hotel didn't change our room even following up whole day over the call and arguments, leading to a distressing experience, culminating in a demand for an additional 3000 for the room and put career barrier in front of our car. the situation escalated to involving the police, leaving us with a terrible experience and questioning the hotel's practices.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. the rooms were far from clean, not suitable for families due to unhygienic conditions, torn bedsheets, and noticeable stain marks. however, the good side was the commendable staff behavior; they made sincere efforts to assist us despite the subpar conditions.
