Rooms are net clean properly, seepage on walls, tv not working properly. main problem maintenance not handle seriously. overall not suitable this property for fab hotel.

Worst experience ever. not at all a good place to stay at. rooms are not clean. worst of all was that there was a electricity powercut during night time and they didn’t even provide us with any backup plan. we stayed without electricity during night hours for at least 3-4 hours and that too in summers. when we contacted manager for help, he didn’t help us and on second place, he was very rude to us. not at all recommended.

This hotel was a complete disaster! we arrived late at night with my wife and baby, only to be told there were no rooms available. after begging, they finally gave us a room, but it was a mess. there was no room service, just a big bottle of tap water in a weird 2 ltr bisler bottle. in the morning my wife asked to prepare baby food, they said no because they were too busy. the room was falling apart - broken tap, table, and even the toilet door! my wife got hurt on a nail sticking out. the staff didn't care at all. don't stay here if you want a good time
