Nice Breakfast service. Room service excellent. There are many things to praise for!!!

Room is good but first they didn't gave us wifi password 2nd they didn't gave us toiletries, 3rd bathroom doors lock broken 4th they didn't gave water we need to ask for water and there landline phone doesn't work properly

Rooms are good but a little bit small and there's no kitchen. The bathroom is too small and not clean enough.still it was a good experiences and the staff are good

The wash room lacked water supply, toiletries, and stinks. The TV and the TV remote were not functioning. The complimentary breakfast of bread toasts and poga lacked freshness and taste. Disappointing staying experience altogether.

First time use FAB and its worse and bad experience for me . Never go with FAB in future

This hotels give you many surprise. We booked this hotel rooms in Aug 25. We got many surprises in 2 days. AC is not working, AC water spoil my few clothes because its water drain in room only. Main door and bathroom door lock not working. TV working but any Channels not subscribe (you can watch only TV screen home page) Bad quality is excellent because in double bad there is 2 metras which can pain in your back. (Keep pain keeler) There is no night lamp so keep night lamp with you. There is no room service.(we got over order after 22 hours) Infrastructure issus - There are damage furniture and door. No food service in this hotel. Hot water option not available in my room (room no 302)

Rooms were smelling, damping was all around in the room, even the liver of divertor is broken, all bed sheets and linens were smelling

1st and last time with this useless fraud company.. this hotel was a scam.. disgusting b grade hotel..

My worst stay ever. Staff was very unprofessional, checkin was late, no towels were provided, no toiletries, they installed a tv from some other room to our room after checkin, i paid extra for premium room, but after checkin, got to know that all the rooms are deluxe only, premium is just a bluff. Their restaurant was a complete scam, charged extra for same food because we had our food on rooftop, booked for 3 days, no room service was there even a single day. Do not waste your hard earned money in this hotel

It was the worst experience ever. i have booked many a times from agoda but never faced this kind of service. I have sent 7 emails but no resolution yet. i have provided all the videos and photos in email. The hotel reception was not even empathetic at all for the service they provided. They even dared to say that the room was shown before checkin. i am really really dissatisfied with the service and rooms for the price i paid. I got a better room for 1/3rd the price in the same location. i will never ever book from Fab hotels. They don't even bother to call to address customer dissatisfaction or acknowledge the email. Remove the fab from your name i suggest
