"I had a few things to say: 1. First day Breakfast was incomplete and it was just 1 parantha with tea. 2. The second day breakfast was not ready even at 9 am. 3. Tap water was provided complementary, no RO water was given. 4. Deluxe rooms are too small as compared to the pictures on site 5. No assignment /solution provider by Fab hotel Customer care regarding above issues. As per my experience Personally I don't recommend fab hotels."

"I am quite disappointed with my stay at this FabHotel. The property seems to be flats converted into rooms, and the overall maintenance is poor. Bedsheets and other items were not clean, and there were no doormats in the room. The service was also below average. This hotel is not suitable for families at all, though it might be okay for bachelors. I have stayed at many FabHotels in the past and usually enjoy excellent service, but this particular property did not meet the usual standards. I do not recommend it and hope FabHotels takes immediate action to improve the quality here."

"Here's a rephrased version of your experience in a complaining format: Subject: Unacceptable Experience at Fab Hotel Polo Victory Palace, Jaipur Dear Fab Hotels Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Fab Hotel Polo Victory Palace in Jaipur. The hotel's poor management and subpar services made our experience utterly unpleasant. Upon check-in, we were asked to make the full payment to a personal bank account, not the official Fab Hotels account. The receptionist, Rishi Yadav, was argumentative and uncooperative, displaying a similar attitude towards other guests. The room cleaning service was inadequate, and to make matters worse, the hotel closed the main water valve from the tank, leaving us without water for the entire night. We discovered the issue and had to manually open the valve ourselves. We are extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's services and management. The lack of professionalism and attention to basic amenities is unacceptable. We will not recommend Fab Hotels to anyone and will share our negative experience with others. Immediate attention to these issues and improvements in service quality are necessary to prevent further disappointments."

"This was indded one of the worst fab hotel experience i ever had. The room was dirty, dustbin was really dirty, wall paint was cracked and dirty, bed matress has springs popping out, images as shown in the pictures of the room was missleading, in room couch was not present, lights in the room was not bright, aircon remote did not function from a distance, washroom had urine marks on the seat, tiny medimix soaps were provided, dental kit was not provided, water bottles were charged and not even a liter was given complimentary, also the hotels google review is pathetic itself. If i had for once checked its google review i would have never booked this hotel. A nightmare experience."

"COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Never stay even a single night at this hotel. Firstly miss leading images the rooms are not the same as shown in their webiste. Walls are not painted and have paint wearing off. Lights are not even and the rooms are not bright enough. Rooms are not clean and dustbins are dirty. The WC seat had urine marks on it. No shower or dental kit provided. Water is charged, even the first bottle. Bed mattress had springs popping out of it. The rooms did not have couch has shown in the picture. No timely in-room service from the staff. Im ratting it 1⭐️ as I dont have 0⭐️ option."

"The hotel doesn't look like a FabHotel Prime one. Rooms are dirty, ground floor is filled with ciggerate smoke smell. I have booked premium room but at first they shown me deluxe room which was very very filthy. After confronting the manager, he gave me the premium room but he was like it has been placed wrong on the application. But I insisted that I will live only on premium room. Bed spring were very bad. It was poking during sleep as well. Pathetic. Parking staff is very rude, hotel does not have any parking facility. Very bad experience. During checkout, manager told me to pay 60 rs for mineral water bottle (only one bottle by the way) which I denied yo pay since it is mentioned in the amenities. I won't book this hotel ever in my life again and would tell people also not to book it."

"We visited this hotel on 8th October and stayed for 2days. The rooms are big and beautiful but their service is very bad. They give us used room without any cleaning. We checked in at 6pm although the check in time is 12pm still they didn't clean our room. After checking we call them for every single thing and their response is very much slow.Even They give us expired mineral water bottles. The rooms really need high maintenance specially they should improve their service and trained their staffs as the staff members Very careless."

"We made a booking at Tipsy Inn and Suites through booking.com after going through relatively decent reviews and the value for money offered by the property. However when me and my family checked in to the property, we were surprised to know that all their rooms were already booked. On showing the confirmation mail from booking, the manager said that they don't care about the booking made by us via booking.com since we didn't reach out to them. We eventually had to move out in the middle of the day and look for another accomodation. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat guests and would highly recommend people to stay away from Fabhotel chain. Even if it may cost a few bucks more elsewhere, it would be worth the peace of mind."

We booked 3 rooms here on telephonic conversation with Fab Hotels Team. But when we reached hotel to check-in, we were shocked when we saw the pathetic conditions of the rooms and cancelled the bookings. But their team did not refunded the amount which we paid for the booking. Dont get trapped here."

"Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money I recently stayed at this hotel after booking a "classic room" online, choosing it based on the photos and details provided on the booking platform. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to be assigned a much smaller, dingy room that looked nothing like the pictures. When I raised this with the manager, he was dismissive and said that since I booked online, I was stuck with that room. He also informed me that there was no cancellation policy. Reluctantly, I had to pay an additional ₹500 just to upgrade to a decent room. I thought it would improve my stay, but unfortunately, things got worse. Despite paying extra, my night was ruined by constant noise. Around 2 AM, people were laughing loudly, playing music, and creating a ruckus in the hallway, making it impossible for me to sleep. When I complained, the staff didn’t seem to care. It felt like there was no control over the hotel’s environment or concern for the guests’ comfort. To make matters worse, the manager’s attitude was rude and unhelpful from the start, adding to the frustration. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I regret spending my money here. This hotel does not live up to its promises, and the management clearly doesn’t prioritize customer service. I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you want a peaceful and pleasant stay."

"Just DON'T stay here. The front desk people are good and courteous but the facility is dilapidated and the rooms were like a furnace even after turning on the so called A/C. Water was leaking everywhere and on the corridors. WiFi doesn't work in the rooms. I can go on and on."
