"Booked room thinking that atleast bare standards of fab hotel will be followed but the disappointment is endless. The services, upkeep, food, room service was more like that of some dirty hotels whose tariff is around range of 800-1000. Location & property is good but owner should seriously look into the management and service staff."

"No doubt hotel location is very good but room service is very very very bad literally I'm staying in 3 night. And I'm going to a explore Jaipur places so I'm handover a key daily in a reception cleaning a room,but every evening a new excuses, I'm requesting a daily pleased cleaned a room but ignored a person. Not a hiegene maintained and one important not a provide a drinking water bottle it's chargeable. Only focused on money. I'm booking this hotel on site fab hotel...fab hotel provided a discount I'm facing a very bad reaction on a reception person ...once a think you booked this hotel you have a good options ."

"I had a few things to say: 1. First day Breakfast was incomplete and it was just 1 parantha with tea. 2. The second day breakfast was not ready even at 9 am. 3. Tap water was provided complementary, no RO water was given. 4. Deluxe rooms are too small as compared to the pictures on site 5. No assignment /solution provider by Fab hotel Customer care regarding above issues. As per my experience Personally I don't recommend fab hotels."

"Here's a rephrased version of your experience in a complaining format: Subject: Unacceptable Experience at Fab Hotel Polo Victory Palace, Jaipur Dear Fab Hotels Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Fab Hotel Polo Victory Palace in Jaipur. The hotel's poor management and subpar services made our experience utterly unpleasant. Upon check-in, we were asked to make the full payment to a personal bank account, not the official Fab Hotels account. The receptionist, Rishi Yadav, was argumentative and uncooperative, displaying a similar attitude towards other guests. The room cleaning service was inadequate, and to make matters worse, the hotel closed the main water valve from the tank, leaving us without water for the entire night. We discovered the issue and had to manually open the valve ourselves. We are extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's services and management. The lack of professionalism and attention to basic amenities is unacceptable. We will not recommend Fab Hotels to anyone and will share our negative experience with others. Immediate attention to these issues and improvements in service quality are necessary to prevent further disappointments."
