Hotel is amazing. Rooms are clean and staff is professional and supportive.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Rooms are not clean .Not good and not as per choice. No variety in breakfast. Very dissatisfied and didn't recommend to anyone.

I have just inquired the room and location they .Booked the hotel room and later denied and rudely behaved to cancel the booking...purely scam by fab hotel...

Почему удаляете отзывы????!! Why are you deleting comments? This is a terrible hotel. When I first entered the room, Pen had a dirty toilet, there were stains and hair on the bed linen. The floors were dirty too. I went to the reception. They changed my bed linen, but it was still stained and hairy. The toilet was cleaner, but the floors were so dirty all over the room. I was promised to change the room, but no one did it. I fell asleep because I was very tired at night after the road. When I woke up in the morning, I needed to wash up, but there was no hot water. When I went to the reception, they told me to wait 4 minutes. 15 minutes later, a bucket of hot water was brought to me. I do not recommend this hotel. I couldn't sleep properly because there is no normal sound insulation, people were talking very loudly at the reception all night

I stayed in the most premium room suite. It was smelling dusty, dirty linen, dirt visible at all the corners, no toiletries, no freshness anywhere. Restaurant not operating, breakfast option only Paratha and sandwich...faced severe issues on billing while checking out, wasn't given the bill even when checked out at 9am. When the bill was given after two days of checkout after several reminders,, the bill wasn't matching with the payment made. Was asked to contact Fab hotels customer care for resolution wasting my time... Overall pathetic, not recommended at all

Worst experience booking thru Fab Hotel firstly i did a booking thru Mr Nites Fab Executive the price which i booked hotel offered by Mr Nitesh tariff is with breakfast.When i reached hotel hotel manager denied to provide to room at that price after some mails and disscussion with Fab team they offered me room after 20 min waiting. In morning they denied to given bfast complimentary which is included in my tarrif. My suggestion do not use Fab hotel
