Dear sir, plz find the attachment, i have booked hotel name feb royal m g at ludhiana bus stand. they give me room no 102. it was looking okay to stay so i paid to the reception( i attached the screenshot of rs 903) but when use the bathroom it was chocked( i have attached pic and video)with something and bathroom fill with the water after taking bath . i complain to reception but there is no responsible person is there all left only room boy seeting there name called amit he told me that is was chocked permanently... and they offer me a other room on 2 floor 203 we he open the there is shits on the bed of mouse. he close right away that room. and said we can't do anything thing. then i asked for refund so refuse to pay me the refund i been there only for half hour. so i called to the feb costomer care and told them all story.. they said send pic and video tofeedback@febhotels.com.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. i would highly recommend it. the service from the staff was excellent and the facilities and breakfast were also great. i would stay here again!

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
