The floors were dirty too. I went to the reception. They changed my bed linen, but it was still stained and hairy. The toilet was cleaner, but the floors were so dirty all over the room. I was promised to change the room, but no one did it. I fell asleep because I was very tired at night after the road. When I woke up in the morning, I needed to wash up, but there was no hot water. When I went to the reception, they told me to wait 4 minutes. 15 minutes later, a bucket of hot water was brought to me. I do not recommend this hotel. I couldn't sleep properly because there is no normal sound insulation, people were talking very loudly at the reception all night
