Paid 2500 to stay for a night in this cheap hotel, nothing about it is for family accomodation, from the washroom to the sheets everything is dirty, fungus on walls, service is bad.

You need to change breakfast which you provide,it's a service that you are giving to customer but what is this one poha and couple of wada and no other options you are giving,they are always back of you to pay even though it's corporate booking for 5 days and above every day they will ask for payment

I recently stayed at hotel deepak under the fab hotels chain, and i am extremely disappointed with my experience. to start with, the air conditioning in my room was faulty, leading to water leakage throughout my stay. this caused an incredibly uncomfortable and damp environment, making it impossible to relax. as if this wasn't bad enough, the bed had bedbugs. i woke up with multiple bites, which were not only painful but also extremely alarming. this level of hygiene is completely unacceptable for any hotel. overall, my stay at hotel deepak was a nightmare. the poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness have left me with a very bad impression of fab hotels. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ---

We hv spoken for 3person @ rs.3000 per day & paid advance 1500... but check in time hotel people we are not responsible ...you hv to pay extra person....it's not look like hotel...very small...area also not good...

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
