    "It was good stay but rooms are small compared to what they have shown in Pictures. Rooms are very congested, i stayed there for almost 6 days. My next rooms door was not ok and almost for 3 4 days the person who stayed was smacking the door late night.. i have informed the staff the same but they said that there is a problem in door and they tried to fix it but they couldn’t. Rest everything was ok. They need to focus on room service, they can improve in that. Kettle was also not provided in room. Rooms are not sound proof. I didn’t slept for 3 nights."

    "Rooms have no ventilation, and i really mean not a single ventilltion, you feel dizzy, you can't extend your hands and turn in the bathroom its that small, electricity doesn't work, wifi also, security questionable, walked past the caretaker and 3 am to the first floor without them even noticing. I'll cut it short, DONT. BOOK. THIS. ONE. I'm sure there were better hotels on the same road, please opt for them. This hotel singlehandedly ruined the Bombay experience."

    "We had booked room for the family of five for three days with breakfast option from their own app itself. But on arrival, their hotel manager denied for breakfast for which we paid extra 1500. Their team said they will give refund for the same, but they didn't. Later on in mail they said that the refund cannot be given and blah blah. Followed a lot on calls and mails with them but no response this thos bad experience in this regard. Otherwise hotel was fine. Thanks"

    "There were dead cockroaches in the room. The bedsheet kept coming out of the bed and the floor was filthy. Could not step onto the floor. The washroom was filled with stains. I requested for housekeeping to clean the room and the service person refused to do anything correctly or take any feedback. When I asked the manager to intervene, there was no turnaround. I had to clean the room myself. The geyser did not work and there is a constant noise in the room. Please avoid booking this dump with unhelpful and unfriendly staff."

    "It was not at all a happy experience staying in this hotel. It's neither fabulous, nor royal and lacked standards one would expect from a decent hotel. A smelly drain outside greeted us. The hotel is only on a single floor (second floor to be precise), the pic of the hotel's multistorey building on website is misleading. The 'deluxe' room given to me didn't have any window, and the room was too small compared with the pic on the website. The smell of air in the washroom was not at all enjoyable. Fortunately I had booked it for overnight stay only and the torture was over next morning. Won't stay in it again!"
