FabHotel Prime Devanshi Inn

That hotel is not at all hoe it looks in website i don't want to use any fabhotel in future. team doesn't know how to talk or behave with guest. you charge me for breakfast and there is no breakfast buffet only one item they serve no other option available. i had paid for 2 nights but left the hotel in first night only.

Worst service first thing we entered the room it was smelling of smoke the staff said we will put room freshener then they don't allow outside food and they didn't delivered the food in room after taking order then after calling them they said seth khana kha rhe hai bs mei call karna seriously if anything less than 1 star i'll give that, no towels in the room you have to call and remind them.

My experience was horrible as the rooms stinks, bed sheets were soo dirty and above that the staff (recepionist) was so rude that he didn’t even provide a water bottle, the bathrooms seats are dismanteled. it was completely a fuss hotel, not recomended to anyone.

The room was not at all upto the mark. i was in the area and needed a room urgently. when i saw fabhotel on my google search i booked it without giving another thought. the room was not maintained, need major repairs. the bed sheets were too dirty and after asking them to change it, the next set was also similar. though the staff was courteous when i asked to change the bedding, but they also said that wedont have anything better. also, there were cockroaches roaming in the room and bathroom. the bathroom was also in a bad state. it was a big property but the overall quality was bad. i wont call this a hotel at all.. it was just an average quality lodge. ps. there was no mention of fabhotel on the hotel. i mean no signage, no those bedding which fabhotels have..

Tv was not working and ac as well cockroach roaming around the washroom

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. despite arriving only two hours before check-in time, i was denied an early check-in without any consideration or flexibility. when we finally got a room, the air conditioning was not working, and after repeated requests, we were begrudgingly moved to another room which was infested with cockroaches. to make matters worse, there was no running water in the bathroom, making basic hygiene impossible. we were promised complimentary breakfast, but upon inquiry, we received a pitiful offering of stale bread and butter that was inedible. the receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout our interactions. the only positive aspect was the room size, which does not compensate for the litany of issues we encountered. i am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and expected far better service for the price paid. i strongly advise against staying here until these fundamental issues are addressed and the standard of service improves significantly.
