In the toilet shower height is low. comode and washbasin distance is zero, you will endup hitting your right knee. cupboards were dusty and Floors too. our cloth got dirty. 500 ml water bottle were provided instead of 1liter. No restaurant available in the stay but they have room service. Near by no good food hotel or any outlet was available. In

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure why it's called a hotel because it is NOT hotel-like at all. By far the most pathetic rooms I've been in, and I'm a rather frequent Oyo user so my standards are basically "I'm okay as long as you're not trying to kill me." And this place felt like it was trying to kill us for sure. There's black mold on the walls and the curtains. Used condoms under the bed. Random nails sticking out of the walls. The false ceiling is falling off in parts, there's old chewing gum spat out and lying in the bathroom, and the cupboard has broken shelves inside. You'll find the elevator not working most times and the intercom doesn't work either so you have to go down to the reception to tell them that the damn elevator isn't working. Then they hand-crank some generator-like thing which starts extremely loud Shaktiman sounds in its Herculean effort to get the elevator working. The elevator cabin somehow goes a few inches lower the moment you step in and if you're lucky you have a LOUD, rickety but otherwise uneventful trip up to your floor. If you're not lucky - I don't want to think about what could happen. Do NOT ask for water bottles here, they charge extra for giving you drinking water. There's free non-bottled water but I'm pretty confident you'd be risking your life if you attempt drinking that. Overall, definitely do yourself a favour and SKIP THIS PLACE.

I stayed here for a night as I reached in puna city at 4am in the morning. Worst experience, rude staff, toilets dirty. Overall rating i would give them is 2 out of 10. Stay here only if u dont have any other options.

I had a very disappointing experience at FabHotel Prime Golden Emerald. The service was far below expectations — the staff were extremely rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout my stay. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide extra pillows, which is a basic amenity any decent hotel should accommodate. Moreover, I faced harassment from the hotel staff itself, simply for trying to park my bike at the hotel premises late at night around 2 a.m., which felt extremely unsafe and unwelcoming. Instead of assisting a guest at that hour, the staff chose to argue and create an uncomfortable situation. Overall, the atmosphere was uninviting and the staff’s attitude was indifferent, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. I would strongly advise future travelers to consider alternative accommodations if they value respectful treatment and decent service. The rooms are extremely unhygienic and shady with cocroaches in it. The bedsheets are torn with dirty stains on them as well. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone henceforth. Our experience with both FabHotel and Shourya Residency was terrible. The balance payment was much higher than the booked rates and when we asked for a justification, the hotel management was very rude to us. Even the customer care of FabHotels refused to help and subsequently stopped receiving our calls. Eventually, we paid the balance payment as per the booking rates and walked out
