Kondhwa is a suburban neighbourhood, less than 10 km away from the city centre of Pune. The area is dotted with many residential buildings, industrial corporations, banks, religious centres and parks. It is also home to prestigious educational institutions such as National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) and Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology (VIIT). How to Reach Kondhwa

No kitchen and no breakfast is available. No locking or proper surveillance at front desk, refused to take card payment and demanded cash or said he will refuse room and bathroom comode plates are broken. Shower does nt work and very small geyser which does not give more than a mug of water

First time I had the worst experience in hotel. First of all my hotel is changed. Hotel rooms very not neat and clean. Bed and comforters were damaged. Cockroaches and mosquitoes were in the room. No kattle for hot beverage nor the refeshment. Staff was missing sometime from reception. Location is not easy to reach. Will never book any hotel of fab again

It was pathetic experience overall. No lift available. No complementary water bottle. Wifi was not working. I paid for breakfast while booking but after reaching hotel they simply said we do not have kichen and we do not provide food. After checking out next day on 18th sept 2025, still today on 20th November hotel did not checked out my entry and that why I was unable to receive the invoice.
