Worst stay ever, staff arrogant, no cleaning, rooms are not good, no tv, area also not good..not even 1 rating

Water bottle was not sealed pack. Water from filled from purifier which is in hotel. Room was not well maintained. Tv remote was not in good condition

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my two-night stay, I was asked to change rooms four times, which caused significant inconvenience. What was even more concerning was that the hotel staff shifted my luggage from one room to another in my absence and without informing me or obtaining my permission. After the luggage was moved, I discovered that one gold ring and one silver ring were missing. When I raised the issue with the hotel staff, they denied that the rings were present during the shift and refused to accept any responsibility. The management, including the owner, Mr. Balwant, was uncooperative and, in my experience, failed to take accountability for the security of my belongings after moving them without my consent. Due to the seriousness of the matter, I have filed a police complaint and am awaiting the outcome of the investigation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope future guests are treated with greater respect and that the hotel improves its handling of guests' belongings and privacy.

Worst place to stay. No place to park. Very bad hygiene and rooms were in bad old conditions with lack of ventilation and cleanliness.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. During the booking, they clearly confirmed that breakfast and swimming pool access were included, but at the time of check-in they completely denied it and started giving excuses. This feels like false commitment just to attract customers. The staff was unhelpful, the check-in process was frustrating, and there was no proper resolution provided. Totally ruined the stay experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone if they cannot honor what they promise during booking.
