Overall, my stay at the hotel was good, and most of the staff members were polite and helpful, except for one lady at the reception whose behavior was extremely rude and arrogant. There were several unpleasant incidents with her, but I would like to highlight one in particular: I had ordered food from outside and requested utensils from the reception. When I spoke to this lady, she told me there were no utensils available as the hotel was fully booked. I politely said I could wait 10–15 minutes, but she arrogantly replied that she could not manage and could not provide me with any. When I asked what I should do, she dismissively said she didn’t know and couldn’t do anything, even adding that she herself eats food with her hands and chapati, implying I should do the same. Such an attitude was extremely unprofessional and left me disappointed. While the overall stay and service from other staff were very good, this particular individual’s behavior made the experience unpleasant.

This was my first experience booking through fabhotel and It likely would be the last one. Fabhotel is kindaa scammy. If I talk about this particular property they had leaky flushes, unclean laundry (bedsheets and pillow covers) and the staff seems slightly lost. Clean bedsheets became a huge issue for us honestly. And then they do not have water supplied for their guests, no filter nor do they offer bottles, if you want water it's always for a charge. The property isn't very well kept, we saw dirty/moldy walls in more than one room... And the overall feel is kindaa very 2 star. So that's what I give them. But seriously fabhotel seems like they are running a scam. We talked and discovered at another place that they would knowingly overbook and then send guests to another property refusing to refund their money. They tried to charge us more than the amount it should us while booking (stating something about a penalty) and it isn't easy to get hold of customer care to sort that out... Terrible experience at saraswati I want my refund. I have booked my room at fab hotel sairaj narhe pune your employees rahul told me due to some issues hotel is not accepting any check in at 12th and shifted us to another place no lift was provided. I was travelling with my family. Worst service and response from fab hotel.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This was an utterly horrific and unhygienic experience. The room had a persistent foul odor, and the washroom was infested with worms and visibly filthy. The hotel is nowhere near the "luxury" they advertise and is a complete rip-off. To make matters worse, they charged 100 for a miserable breakfast that took from road side which costs you 30 on the street. Customer support was completely unhelpful. Save your money and book elsewhere; you will regret staying here."

I had a very disappointing experience at FabHotel Prime Golden Emerald. The service was far below expectations — the staff were extremely rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout my stay. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide extra pillows, which is a basic amenity any decent hotel should accommodate. Moreover, I faced harassment from the hotel staff itself, simply for trying to park my bike at the hotel premises late at night around 2 a.m., which felt extremely unsafe and unwelcoming. Instead of assisting a guest at that hour, the staff chose to argue and create an uncomfortable situation. Overall, the atmosphere was uninviting and the staff’s attitude was indifferent, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. I would strongly advise future travelers to consider alternative accommodations if they value respectful treatment and decent service. The rooms are extremely unhygienic and shady with cocroaches in it. The bedsheets are torn with dirty stains on them as well. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone henceforth. I have a terrible experience of hotel gargi deluxe . They have charged extra 1700 /- rs inspite of informing them to modify my booking and cancel my booking for one day. The hotel staff as well as the executive from fab hotels are adamant on charging the amount . I have requested them many times that I have checked out and modify and cancel my booking for one day . No one is listening and I have been charged the full amount . Rooms are dirty with cockroachs and mosquito there are no cleaning as well . I will not suggest to book this property . Kindly note . If in future they return my amount then i will think to visit again . Very bad experience at my end .

I had stayed this hotel many times with family and friends when it's name was mint Salsubury park.. And I booked based on past experience. To my surprise the hotel manager Raju spoiled everything.. Once we arrived at the hotel, he directed us to park the car behind hotel without even taking our luggage out.. Then he denied check in due to non availability of photo ID of my children (mine and wife's ID was provided in original).. There was no welcome gesture no empathy and simply asked us to leave..somehow I found ID on cell. Then he allotted us 2nd floor room which was full of cockroaches and mosquito. Letter on 3rd floor room was given which is newly furnished.. Extremely bad experience.. And hotel management should remove this manager as he doesn't even know how to behave with customer.... Rude and arrogant. Though location, price was good, I won't stay here again for sure. (Housekeeping Staff was cooperating though but can't do much as manager was in command)

Terrible Experience Wouldnt Recommend I recently stayed here for 3 nights, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The room was extremely dirty, and shockingly, the bed sheets hadnt been changed for over a month. Despite repeatedly requesting the staff to change the bedsheets and pillow covers, they charged me extra for it. To make matters worse, the fresh linens they provided were also dirty and had a terrible smell. The bathroom was in a horrible conditionunclean and poorly maintained. There was a severe staff shortage, with only one person managing everything, leading to poor service overall. The water shortage at night was especially frustrating and made the stay even more uncomfortable. I would strongly advise against staying here, as the hygiene, service, and basic facilities are far below acceptable standards.

We booked FabHotel in Pune from 16th to 19th May 2025, but ended up checking out the same night around 10:30 PM. Why? Because the room was unclean, the bathroom unhygienic, the linen stained, and the surrounding area felt unsafe—not at all as advertised. We asked for a refund since we didn’t even stay one full night, but instead of resolving the issue, we were blamed for paying less, which was untrue and insulting. No refund. No apology. Just false accusations and a whole lot of disappointment. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and honest place to stay—this is NOT it. But if you’re into surprise horror stories and donating money for no service, then by all means, give it a try. P.S. Our refund is probably on an eternal vacation—much like the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
