I stayed at Falcon Executive Hotel, Baner for 3 days, and overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the time I checked in, I felt safe and well taken care of. The hotel is located in Baner, which is a convenient and peaceful area, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. The hotel maintains a good level of security, which added to the comfort of my stay. The staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to help. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone behaved professionally and made sure all my needs were taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and properly maintained. Housekeeping and room service were prompt and efficient throughout my stay. Fresh towels, clean bedding, and timely cleaning made the stay comfortable and stress-free. The food at the hotel was really good, and I loved it. The meals were tasty, fresh, and well-prepared, and the quality was consistent throughout my stay. It was definitely one of the highlights of my experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, allowing me to relax after a long day. The interiors were simple yet elegant, and the room had a good seating area with a table and chairs, which was very convenient. The hotel also provides basic amenities like TV, clean washroom, drinking water, and proper ventilation. The curtains ensured good privacy, and the overall ambience was calm and relaxing. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. We tried the starters, and they were very tasty with good presentation and proper garnishing. The quality and taste were impressive. Staff behavior was polite and supportive. Overall, a great stay experience. Highly recommended for business and family stays.

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure why it's called a hotel because it is NOT hotel-like at all. By far the most pathetic rooms I've been in, and I'm a rather frequent Oyo user so my standards are basically "I'm okay as long as you're not trying to kill me." And this place felt like it was trying to kill us for sure. There's black mold on the walls and the curtains. Used condoms under the bed. Random nails sticking out of the walls. The false ceiling is falling off in parts, there's old chewing gum spat out and lying in the bathroom, and the cupboard has broken shelves inside. You'll find the elevator not working most times and the intercom doesn't work either so you have to go down to the reception to tell them that the damn elevator isn't working. Then they hand-crank some generator-like thing which starts extremely loud Shaktiman sounds in its Herculean effort to get the elevator working. The elevator cabin somehow goes a few inches lower the moment you step in and if you're lucky you have a LOUD, rickety but otherwise uneventful trip up to your floor. If you're not lucky - I don't want to think about what could happen. Do NOT ask for water bottles here, they charge extra for giving you drinking water. There's free non-bottled water but I'm pretty confident you'd be risking your life if you attempt drinking that. Overall, definitely do yourself a favour and SKIP THIS PLACE.

I had a horrible experience. I booked the hotel by calling your IVR number and some executive booked the hotel. I clearly told him that I will be reaching the hotel at 2 am. I also called the hotel reception and informed them that I will be reaching late, i.e. 2 am, to which, they said okay. Upon reaching the hotel, they said that they are sold out and have no rooms available. They said that they have another property 5 kms away from their location and I need to go there and check-in. When I couldn't find a cab after trying multiple times, they said that they will give me a room to stay the night and I need to leave before 11 am as other guests will be coming. I did so, and in the morning, I went to the other property named Nisarg Villa and checked in. It was a shabby place with unclean washroom. Since my booking included breakfast, I asked them for it but he said that the other guy (from the first hotel) has not said anything about breakfast. Upon insisting, he gave me a bowl of poha and a small cup of tea. On the day of checkout, when I asked for the breakfast, he said that breakfast is not provided on the day of checkout. (Like, seriously?). Overall, I had a terrible experience with FabHotels and I would never recommend it to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at FabHotel Prime Golden Emerald. The service was far below expectations — the staff were extremely rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout my stay. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide extra pillows, which is a basic amenity any decent hotel should accommodate. Moreover, I faced harassment from the hotel staff itself, simply for trying to park my bike at the hotel premises late at night around 2 a.m., which felt extremely unsafe and unwelcoming. Instead of assisting a guest at that hour, the staff chose to argue and create an uncomfortable situation. Overall, the atmosphere was uninviting and the staff’s attitude was indifferent, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. I would strongly advise future travelers to consider alternative accommodations if they value respectful treatment and decent service. The rooms are extremely unhygienic and shady with cocroaches in it. The bedsheets are torn with dirty stains on them as well. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone henceforth.
