Geyser was not working, bathroom could not be locked from inside, room was full of mosquitoes and cockroaches and mosquito repellent was also not provided. i did the booking on booking.com going by the name fab hotels but it looked like a room. even a lodge is much better compared to the room that i was given.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The location of the property was great . it was easy to excess & was far from the crowded area . parking of car was available. over all food , ambiance & service was great. love to visit again with family.
