The location is extremely convenient, being situated very close to the railway station, which adds great value for travelers. The culinary experience is outstanding—the food is delicious, well-presented, and prepared with great attention to quality and taste. The hotel also offers beautiful decoration services, and I celebrated my anniversary here, which was arranged with remarkable care and sophistication. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, creating a warm and memorable celebration. The staff deserves special appreciation for their exceptional hospitality and cooperation. I would like to specifically mention Mr. Manish, Mr. Alam, Ms. Saraswati, and Mr. Dharmendra for their courteous, attentive, and highly professional service, which truly enhanced the overall experience. A particularly impressive aspect was that during my second visit, I was provided with the same room as before, reflecting the hotel’s excellent attention to guest comfort and personalized service. Very spacious and well maintained rooms. Excellent location very near to Ranchi Railway Station but in a very calm and quiet place.

I have stayed at this property 23 times over the past two years, but unfortunately, this visit was a disappointing experience. The property itself is good, but the management and service standards have declined significantly. I made a corporate booking for a three-night stay this week and was surprised to find that a premium suite lacked basic amenities such as soap, a shaving kit, and a dental kit. Additionally, the bathtub was dirty, and the bathroom hygiene was not up to the expected standards. The most disappointing incident occurred on the third day of my stay when there was no water supply from early morning. While such issues can happen occasionally, and it's ok can happen at our home but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. I called the reception at 7:30 AM to report the issue, but there was no response or assistance until 9:30 AM. Not a single staff member came to check on the problem or provide an update. The property has great potential, but the people managing it appear casual and not serious about guest concerns. Complaints are not handled with the urgency and professionalism one would expect. Overall, the property is good, but the management and customer service need significant improvement.

It's near Firayalal Public school,Ranchi. Very old building. If I book on the spot I will reject the hotel. I booked through booking.com. Room was large & bathroom was ok. But they denied complimentary breakfast which I took when I booked through booking.com. I stayed there for 4 nights. On the fourth night there was frequent power cut in the hotel. It was horrible experience. Location was ok
