I had an excellent experience staying at FabHotel Aditya Yatri Nivas. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect and easily accessible. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay
Excellent place for pilgrims to enjoy the stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to all local temples and restaurants. Close to alipiri. This is a prime location to visit tirumala. Worth in staying in this hotel.
The rooms are very neat and clean. Car parking available. Lift facility available. I am happy with the tariff. Nearby so many restaurants ex: Mc Donald, Andhar Spice. My family enjoyed the stay
All good. We stayed here 3 times. Having good parking facility and rooms are very spacious. Staff also good
It’s a very convenient place and autos are most of the time available . It’s near to bus stand and railway station Staffs were quite good & very hospitable even while checking out , it was a great experience staying there .
Location was convinient to bus stop and railway station. Staffs were courteous. Overall a good stay .
The location is good and the service is great, but the rooms need to be kept cleaner and pest-free. Toiletries ought to be free of stains.
Very good hotel to stay all rounder but only two problems one slight water leakages are there it's disturbing but u have to off the wall and all remotes like tv and ac are not working. But very nice hotel premium feel
We have not got a day breakfast as they are providing from a nearby restaurant , which didn’t open early morning . Requested to adjust brekfast into dinner , but they refused totally . Not that great experience in terms of service . Location was good
Subject: Complaint Regarding Unjust Extra Charges for Check-Out Time Dear Fab Hotels Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the extra charges imposed on me during my recent stay. I had a reservation to check in on 16th March 2025 at 11:00 PM and check out on 17th March 2025 at 3:00 PM. This arrangement was confirmed by your customer care team prior to my booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor this agreement and insisted on additional charges for the extended check-out time. This was both unexpected and inconvenient, as I had relied on the confirmation provided by your team. I request a refund of the extra charges and assurance that such discrepancies will be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, T.ravi teja
