1 AverageI booked fab express himanshi for me and my family hoping for a good service. i drove for approximately 15 hours from mumbai to udaipur. i was offered a delux room with just one queen size bed and a mattress for the third family member to just lie down. the linen was extremely dirty. previously in other cities i checked in with 3 member and was given a proper bed or a folding bed with mattress but was denied the same at himanshi udaipur. in addition mr priyank the owner don't care about the customers as he asked me to go and search a different hotel and he will process the refund after 24 hours. he doesn't know how to talk to customers i don't know how he is managing his hotel from last 10 years as he mentioned. i urge everyone to not to book this hotel or if you wish please book this hotel on your own risk. i believe all positive reviews on this app or elsewhere are fake and reviewed by their own friends and families thank you so much for a terrible service..Abhishek Mehra, 24 Apr

1 AverageHotel workers flatly deny customer questions and the hotel was good, but i ordered dinner, then the hotel staff said that we can't give you dinner and pleaseorder online from outside hotel. hotels don't provide hot water for bathing in winter, when i tell the staff, they say that we can only provide you hot water. when i checked out of the hotel, i said that i want my food bill with gst number, then they told that we cannot provide bill. my hotel experience was very poor and i give this hotel -10 rating. my first experience and my first experience with the fab hotel was very bad, so i will never book a hotel with this site.Vijender Kumar, 14 Dec

1.9 AverageWhat was good : rood is good, overall stayed experience is good, what was bad : room is good, but they served only limited breakfast only 1 limited menu item they served, like poha or bread butter or puri- bhaji. only 1 plate they served. no test in breakfast in food sabji is not bad, menu price is high restaurant area need to be upgrade.Yashesh From India, 29 Oct

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Pramod Kumar Gupta, 29 Dec

2 AveragePremium room was good, blanket was not clean with bobbling, breakfast was worst as they served plain paratha with pickles and toasted bread with not evenly spread butter... which made our food experience bad and there was no action even after feedback of this to hotel manager.Arun Singh, 4 Sep
