Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. While the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained, the overall tidiness of the room could have been better. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable stay and the service was prompt. No place to keep your luggage. 2) You have to ask for any basic facilities like water or even a towel which we are supposed to get when you check in. 3) Empathy is zero, for a little extended stay (that too when you don't have an arrival), you were asked for more than the price, you paid through online TA. 4) Cleanliness and hygiene - 0, towels stained, bedsheet stained, pillows stained, balcony dirty, Geyser broken, tabs with no pressure or need cleaning. 5) Attendant is a good person but again has his limitations to help. 6) Tea service you can get but for food you need to look options outside or on Zomato or someother online food delivery."

    "Nothing is good in this hotel. We booked a premium room 15 - 20 days ago through fabhotel site but when we reached the give us deluxe room and when we asked them to change they offered another deluxe room with a window......when we said them that we booked a premium room then why they are giving deluxe room.....then they said that's a premium room We talked to the fabhotel executives as well They also agreed with us that the room they are giving is not a premium room but nothing changed because of that we faced a lot of problems as we canceled our room and booked room in other hotel that was very hectic for us bcz at that time no rooms are available in hotel. Fabhotel executives are also not picking our calls. Every time we call a new executive picks the call and we were explaining the problem again and again. Executives talk to the hotel only twice they are also not making efforts to solve our problem. When we asked the executives to refund the booking amount they did not agree on this as well......they said that it's not a big issue and bcz of that they'll not refund any amt......after alot of conversation they are ready to return only 50% of the booking amount. Recommend not to book this hotel or from the fabhotel..... highly disappointed with the hotel and the fabhotel executives."
