From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful, special thanks to mr sacchinarayana always willing to help. They were kind enough to upgrade my room which was a blessing. Clean & very comfortable. Everything was working perfectly & I had no problems whatsoever. Was very tempted to book another night on! As per my opinion in resonable price your staying on 4 star property in centralised location .

Rooms was reasonable for a bachelor. A musty smell and poor lighting but liveable. Location is too crowded around. The staff are accommodative to their abilities.

Everything is excellent except supply of drinking water. My own experience is each guest is given 1 litre of drinking water in all hotels. You supply only half litre per day. Why? It is only Rs 10 and hotels buy in bulk. When I asked at Reception he told you registered for Half litre per day. How silly!!!! I did not know when Hotel is registered they add how much water is given daily. Go to any other Hotel of your rating and see. You may think it.

Location is very good. Good restaurant and tiffin nearby. But hardly any staff seen around. The hotel was clean but very basic. Rooms could be better maintained. There was a honey bee in our room. Leaking tap. No dental kit provided. Hotel staff could be more available.

Local Tip: Highly recommend visiting the nearby restaurant - "Good Morning", located approximately 200 meters from the hotel. They serve excellent Irani tea and offer a diverse menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I will never book room in fab hotel

The property is located in busy commercial area. Lot of vehicle noise as windows are not sound proof. The rooms are decent. However we had a wash basin leakage which was fixed after multiple attempts. The service is not good though,, they knocked door at 11.30 pm asking for payment for food ordered while we were still to stay next day! There is a bar in same building which causes neusance. They mention breakfast included which gives impression they have restaurant which is not true. They get items from nearby food stalls. Also there is lot of miscommunication between Fab and the hotel reception. Talk to the hotel directly though it would be almost impossible to reach them.

Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience. 1. No Proper Parking Space – If you’re traveling by car, be prepared for a hassle. There’s no proper parking, and you might have to struggle to find a spot. 2. Tiny Rooms – The rooms are unbelievably small, making it uncomfortable even for a single person, let alone a family. 3. Horrible Bathroom Conditions – The taps were broken, there was Broken shower, and worst of all, no hot water. The bathroom itself was stinking, making it extremely unpleasant. 4. Poor Customer Service – The staff lacks professionalism and is not helpful at all. Any issue you bring up is either ignored or met with a rude response. 5. Unpleasant Environment for Families – They have a bar on the third floor, and guests from the bar use the same lift as hotel guests. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for families. 6. Fake Reviews – Most of the positive reviews seem fake. Don’t be misled by high ratings—this place is nowhere close to what they claim. Be aware! If you’re traveling with family avoid this hotel at all costs. You’ll definitely thank me later!
