It was a pleasant experience.. good and clean room

it was one of the worst sevices i recieved . first of all they didnt like we book online they were first saying they cant give like this room that room then they were telling first when we reach hotel room not available then when i was about to call customer service they said room and no amenities were good it wasnt cleaned at all . when we ask about extending they said its not available but in fab site it was available and for additional guest they were saying thousand rupees were as in site 600 ultimate scamming of customers. we are trusting site and when reach hotel they also want money

DO NOT TRUST THE HIGH RATINGS – THIS HOTEL DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! We booked a stay from for 2 days via Booking.com, but upon arrival, the owner claimed we had no reservation and forced us to pay an unreasonably high amount to stay. Since we had no other option, we agreed after confirming the stay was for two nights. Shockingly, on the second morning, they forced us to check out, claiming the hotel was full. We even offered to pay a higher price to stay because shifting hotels last minute was extremely inconvenient but they refused. After hours of hassle, we finally booked another hotel and were literally standing on the street with our luggage when they suddenly called to say a room was available again. ZERO INTEGRITY. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. To make things worse, the rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and the rooms are in a lobby. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

This is a fake hotel. I have made a booking last week. This hotel is a fake one it does not have any FabHotel name board . I am sharing the picture of the website and video of the real place. The hotel was dingy , dirty . Fabhotels did not respond to any of my SOS calls.

Horrible experience. Dirtiest rooms ever with used bed sheets and duvet. Used ash trays in the rooms. Plus the hotel was overall very shady considering the exuberant price charged.

Worst experience with apollo hotel, staff behaviour was very rude & no ventilation in their room and we have booked deluxe room and there was so much sound in their room from the highway and I have asked for changing the room so they denied and asked about extra charges 600/ day for changing the room and no amenities were their in the rooms and yes at last worst experience they want money whenever i order food instead of checkout . I have paid 3500rs on app and 1200 for silent room and why the hotel is listed as 4 star rating.

Avoid at all costs.. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic.. Hygiene bad, torn blankets, and best of all, they will not confirm your booking even after paying full amount.. Geyser, water supply anything you want you have to ask at reception.. JUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..

Worst Hotel Chain, I booked online 2 months ago from cleartrip and paid full amount, but when we arrived at the hotel they told that we have no booking and were asking us to book offline, please dont book this hotel

Very low budget far away from main city.aldo hotel condition worst.hot water not available. Breakfast worst.acutually I want to give 0 zero star. Don't waste your money.
