"This is the worst experience i ever had in a hotel.This hotel is not under cambay as conveyed on the toll free no. Of cambay. Absolutely horrific smelly rooms and washrooms were not up to the mark.Ac was working that was the only thing which was in working order.Highly not recommended."

Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

"The hotel looked like a haunted place. Also all the bed liner, pillow and pla cards were of OYO. I did called the customer care but they checked with front desk and they lied it is Fab Hotel only. Moreover below are the observations: - the fixtures were broken, rusted and in pathetic condition - the plugs and lights were not working - open water bottle were given - no place for breakfast, they only gave room service - they did served aloo partha but the cook did not remove the skin of aloo. It was mashed without removing the skin and it was all over in paratha - the sink was clogged - very poorly maintained"

"Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Gujarat."

"This is the shittiest hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. This hotel is not at all what they advertise in photos. Bathrooms were smelly and unclean. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty af. To top all this there were rats in the room. The hotel staff charged more than 50% of what they quoted in the food menu. When i inquired about the price, they said it happened by mistake. Staying in this hotel is a nightmare. For all the people looking at this review please do do not make the mistake of booking this property. Its a literal shithole."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
