Very Good Service, Polite Staff, Recommended to all for Nice Cool Stay

Room was good for the price I paid. Location is top notch. Service responded whenever I requested. Things like complimentary breakfast, room cleaning - I had to request for each of those things. I think service individuals at hotel can be themselves quick at providing such services. They should not wait for the guest to arrive at reception and request for the same. Linens were clean but they have got old now. Need to dispose off the old linens with very visible holes. But again for the price we payed, it good, actually very good stay

The rooms were not as shown in the pics.. this property shares commercial establishments within premises.. also the rooms were not clean. Staff was very good and polite. They were able to accommodate request.

Worst room service, as the rooms are proper cleaned, but the staff is not coordinative. as they are just sitting to pass the time, also i have selected a specific room, although they have alloted me a other one's.

Terrible stay. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The reception staff was extremely rude and completely unsupportive. The room condition was very poor. On 10th December at around 11 PM, I was shockingly asked to leave the room by the reception staff in the middle of the night. Even the bedshit was broken. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I strongly advise others not to book this hotel and not to waste their hard-earned money.

I recently tried to book a hotel and communicated with a lady from the team. We discussed all the details thoroughly, and I was assured that my booking was confirmed. However, after that conversation, the lady stopped responding to my calls and messages. For the next 2–3 days, I repeatedly called Fab Hotels for clarification. Every time, an unknown person answered the call, and I had to explain the situation from the beginning, including the booking date and other details. Each time I requested to speak with the same lady, but no one connected me to her or provided any proper answers. Finally, I asked to speak with someone in charge or a supervisor, but I received no response. The lack of communication and coordination in their management is unacceptable. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with booking confirmation. Terrible service and unprofessional behaviours.

I had given prior intimation to the hotel that I'll be checking in late night... after arriving at the hotel at 11:30pm i was asked by the reception staff to go to other hotel and they were not at all sorry for the act I was told the other hotel is 1km away but it turned out 2kms from Hotel Raj Ratan.Finally after reaching the other hotel named Crystal Inn...i had to park my car on road....no parking...no restaurant... degraded condition of room for which i had paid....no hot water.... nothing was worth spending a night there.Fab should remove such properties from their listings.Worst experience I ever had. 0 ratings for Hotel Raj Ratan and as well as Hotel Crystal Inn.

Not at all hygienic and clean. No amenities provided. Dirty bucket, stained bed sheets, and stained towels. The phone is of no use, as no one picks up if you call. I had to go to the reception area to find no one at least 5 to 6 times to tell them what I needed. Then, too, it was not done. Pathetic service and cleanliness in the room. Breakfast is ordered from outside thru swigging, so it was cold and will be served according to their time, not according to their guest times. Paid 30k for 2 nights to get this type of pathetic service.

Rooms looks like haveli, AC not working. They provide RO water in Use Plastic bottles From Outside buildings looks like 1947 condition. It's not the first time Fab hotel only looking for the commission. Did any one from management do the Surprise visit? Fab management don't care about . Just need money U book the hotel pay thier commission online after u will be like orphan. I would like to communicate someone from operation department regarding my concern.
