The room is big, but unclean. Sheets are dirty and you may find stuff that shouldn't be there, iykyk . The AC and fan cannot be regulated. I would suggest that you look for other hotels in the area as there are so many. Plus they are cheaper.

Very bad the staff are not at all coperative and they say that why don't you come directly to our hotel and why you book online. very bad as we book hotel through online platforms this kind of behaviour is not acceptable.

DO NOT BOOK VIA IBIBO! I had a terrible experience – my check-in was denied at the hotel, and despite contacting customer support, no help was provided. Even worse, I haven’t received my refund till now. They are quick to take your money but vanish when there’s a problem. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. Stay away if you don’t want your trip ruined. Shameful service.

NEVER BOOK HOTEL FROM FAB HOTEL I have booked a this hotel for on day via calling on the number given above. My room was confirmed and I have paid 25% of the amount. When I reached there at around 10.30pm they denied of having any room available. They haven't informed me during the day time or even before reaching there. I called the number again and they suggested to either take your money back or we can shift you to other hotel. The location of this hotel is on highway where no ola uber are available and the can in which I can was already gone. I recommend NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL OR FAB HOTEL.

Not at all hygienic and clean. No amenities provided. Dirty bucket, stained bed sheets, and stained towels. The phone is of no use, as no one picks up if you call. I had to go to the reception area to find no one at least 5 to 6 times to tell them what I needed. Then, too, it was not done. Pathetic service and cleanliness in the room. Breakfast is ordered from outside thru swigging, so it was cold and will be served according to their time, not according to their guest times. Paid 30k for 2 nights to get this type of pathetic service.

Worst experience with apollo hotel, staff behaviour was very rude & no ventilation in their room and we have booked deluxe room and there was so much sound in their room from the highway and I have asked for changing the room so they denied and asked about extra charges 600/ day for changing the room and no amenities were their in the rooms and yes at last worst experience they want money whenever i order food instead of checkout . I have paid 3500rs on app and 1200 for silent room and why the hotel is listed as 4 star rating.
