1 AverageDear team, i would like to share my recent experience of stay in your hotel.being into corporate sector i am more over in traveling and this was my 1st stay at fab hotels,which turned into the last one because in future i am not gonna stay in any of your hotel if this kind of service is part of this hospitality group. here are some snapshots of my stay- 1. the room service cum attendant person mr.rahul (who was the only attendant for room service in entire hotel) was very rude whenever i called them for any service. i asked them to give an extra empty glass for drinking water as the glass was dirty in room. he said ruthlessly that their are already 2 glass in your room than why you need the extra glass. 2. second instance was when i asked them to give me a extra towel ,he clearly said we don't provide extra towel in one day stay. 3. and when i gave them in house dinning order than he clearly said that give your order and tell everything in once ,i can't come again and again. 4. at the time of checkout i paid them everything but when i asked for the proper gst bill of in house dinning ( becz the room tariff bill would be provided by fab hotels on mail) than the front office attendant mr. rohan clearly said we don't provide any bill for food dinning ,than i asked that i am paying for it and i should get a proper gst bill .he said you can ask from fab people to provide we don't entertain such cases. after these all horrible instances i will never turned back to you guys . i just booked the hotel because it was under the brand name of fab hotels but these hotels just spoil your brand image and breach the trust of customer . thanks , sujeet dahiyaSujeet Dahiya, 28 Dec

1 AverageHorrible experience from checkin till check out, tv was not recharged, rooms were totally dusty, very minimum toilteries. one room booked extra mistakenly and there was no cooperation at all by the hotel to do something around it, at the end we have pay for all three rooms. they are charging even for water which is complementary in any other hotel, they will just give you one bottle per room and if you ask for more it will be charged. switch boards were damaged for e.g. in room 301 there were no fan regulator, i had to call reception everytime if i want to decrease or increase the fan speed. overall they will not leave a single penny for anything which is not upto the mark, but will not work on improve their service. there are many good hotels in this area, therefore this can be avoided untill they improve their services.Asha, 28 Oct

5 FabulousSorry for late review . we had booked fab aman residency in july2019 via its app n were skeptical how it would be since we were two women travelling and we were going to check in late as we were travelling from other location,so just to be on safe side called the hotel prior and spoke to the manager mr amit sharma he made sure that we will not be having any problem checking in,also gave us specific advice how to reach the hotel.right from we checked in to our check out we had a very easy-safe stay,the staff right from the manager(mr amit sharma and mr rohit sharma) to housekeeping were helpful,they provided us with local information also. also the breakfast provided was delicious.they have their own restaurant and food avail is delicious. we thank to the hotel staff for our safe n lovely stay.Juthika Save, 19 Jul

1 AverageDid not help with early check out. when asked for help on breakfast at 8:00 they said kitchen opens at 8:30 hence not possible. they served mayo sandwich with only plain mayonise cream on bread. why was it called sandwich. they did not serve coffee in any breakfast and charged extra for coffee. we have paid for coffee and even we did not get a satisfactory breakfast. we want a compensation for the same fab. worst experience till date from a fab propertySatish Humbe, 4 May
