Pros : reception desk was really helpful and friendly located in a good place - walkable distance to golden temple and a bit away from the crowds. cons: no complement water bottle or explanation of the facilities room i got was barely big for 2 people. telephone inside room didn't work bathrrom had no lock inside - which was weird for geyser use you need to call the reception desk room had no windows or ventilation - literally you are dependent on the lights +fan/ac to survive.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th april 2018 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.
