Very bad , house keeping was very poor, bad smell from bathroom, staff is not co operative at

There is no wifi, I have asked in the reception and the receptionist said they don't have wifi. Which was dissatisfactory to ne as its mentioned wifi as amenities.

No complimentary breakfast provided minaral water was charged to me bed sheet also no clean

Location is walking distance from Bhubaneswar Airport. So location 4* #Rooms are small, not neat and clean, just okay. #Gusier in some room not work #Usual pricing 1k/night

Terrible experience. Unclean and unhygienic rooms. Linen needs changing. Washroom was unclean. I was originally given an Oyo rooms. Everything was terrible in this stay. It was dirty, unclean and unhygienic. Hotel needs painting, cleaning and revamp of broken furnitures

Worst experience As we check in in the evening hours at that time also our room was not ready at 6pm... We had already booked and paid the 25%in advance after that also they are not ready to give the room access..... Asking to pay the full money before checking the room. The room was in the pathetic condition.. with cockroaches and mosquitoes. No toiletries were provided. Even the bedding was not clean. No fan only AC in the suite room. So many sockets were there but only 2were working. Corridors were dirty.staff and especially the receptionist was very non cooperative.this was the condition of the suite room. Not recommended at all.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was disappointing. The TV in the room was not working, and despite informing the staff, it was never fixed. The Wi-Fi was also not working , which made it very difficult to stay connected or get any work done. On top of that, the food was very bad — poor quality and not worth the price at all. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t be returning.

It felt more like a scam as it was looking something different in website and different in reality. Such a scam.

Worst stay ever. Left one day early. Dirty linens, dirty utensils. Doesn't look safe for single women travellers, very unprofessional. AC and geyser didn't work in both. Food quality was ok but the way they served is totally unprofessional. No lift no proper room service. In one room bathroom door doesn't have a lock from inside. Pathetic experience. Had to switch to other hotel for safety and convenience. Won't suggest for anyone.
