They are not cooperative and receptionist is not entering us in hotel before 12 pm. they are denied to use washroom for changing.

My recent stay at fabhotel city palace near dehradun railway station was a satisfactory experience. the hotel's location is undoubtedly convenient for travelers, offering easy access to transportation facilities. the staff was generally polite and helpful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. however, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel left room for improvement, and some areas showed signs of wear and tear. the room, though adequately furnished, lacked certain amenities that one might expect in a hotel of this category. while the stay was decent for a short visit, enhancements in cleanliness and room amenities would elevate the overall guest experience. a three-star rating reflects a middling yet acceptable stay at fabhotel city palace.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. i loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as i can. ))
