This is literally shitty hotel i ever stayed.. staff room are so disgusting .. it's feels like u are checking in red light area hotels

Bad room cleaning services no proper wifi connection bathroom wash-base sink issue

Very bad experience at first when i called at the fabexpress customer care and told them about my visit in fabexpress de classio hotel on nerul road ,goa the executive told me that it would cost me 2313 for two nights and i had specifically told him that we are three people and he told me it would be fine and i paid the partial amount to confirm my booking , when we did check in on our booked date the receptionist told me that he has booked confirmation for two people only and we had to pay rs 500 more per night for extra person , thus i called the customer care again and told them about the issue, but they told me that i had to pay extra because the room was booked for two people only , when i told them to check the call recordings with there executive they told me that they will resolve the issue within two days but i received no call and we had to pay extra for the third person. thus we were cheated and there was no proper response from them. hence i would recommend everyone to directly book there room by contacting the hotel which you would like to stay

Room was average type. too much power cuts during night time. if you are coming as a couple or with family then i strongly recommend you not to stay over here. this place is always occupied by bachelors who drinks and play loud music till late night also. management people also don't have control over them. if you want to party whole night then you can stay here but if you want to sleep peacefully then you won't be because of loud noise. bathroom is not that much hygeine. ac will work only in a single temperature. if you have drinking water included in your itinerary, then you have to ask them everyday. if you don't ask they won't even give from their side.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
