I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel Bahudurpally and I especially enjoyed talking to the receptionist Dishan He was very friendly thanks for all staffs

The person in the reception was very rude abd arrogant and made us pay extra 400 though i made booking online, also the bed was very dusty abd wasnt hygiene, but the receptionist was very very arrogant i wont visit next time we pay our money and the was so arrogant and rude like he was doing us a favour or something truly disappointed

Seriously is there a match between the photos and reality.. Full of mosquitoes and room is unhygienic. Vacated within hours... Guys plz have basic sense to clean the rooms and how some one can stay.. Just avoid this guy's..

Worst hotel experience ever. Avoid at all costs. The rooms are horrible, the environment is extremely unhygienic, and there is no ventilation at all, yet smoking is allowed in every room. Because there are no vents, if one room smokes, the smell spreads to all rooms. We complained about the terrible condition of the washroom, and instead of fixing anything, they simply sprayed room freshener. The walls are covered in spit stains, doors are damaged, and the walls are broken. The entire place smells of smoke. This hotel is absolutely not recommended for girls. Hygiene is nonexistent. The bedsheets were disgusting, and I personally saw that bedsheets are not changed after each guest unless they look visibly dirty. We paid ₹600 extra for early check-in. Within 5 minutes of checking in, we realized how bad the place was and asked to cancel the 2-day booking, even telling them they could keep the ₹600 early check-in amount. Despite this, they refused and told us to talk to customer care. The worst part is that they have their own made-up rules, deliberately mark the property as non-cancellable, and take zero responsibility, pushing everything onto customer care. Overall, this place is filthy, unsafe, poorly maintained, and run unprofessionally. Worst hotel, worst rooms, worst management. Previously I gave 5 stars coz they forced me to do so at their property before leaving!!

Room's walls are not clean Geaser doesn't work Shower and jetspray was broken We need to call them everytime for water supply in bathroom there is no water they say it's 24*7 but trust me it's not Owner of the property is very harsh in talking Even after booking the rooms before 10-11 days after checking in he asked us many questions when did you booked the room I don't know what's the problem with that guy but never gonna prefer anyone this hotel

I came for conference in mallareddy University so the location is only good thing for me. Totally Worst experience, geyser is not working rooms are not clean even though I asked them to clean the rooms they are not responding. I booked 3 rooms for 5 adult and 1 child total 6 people they only provide breakfast for 5 persons and saying u only booked for 5 people though I show them the booking they are not responding. Hotel doesn't have any restaurant or kitchen, they are bringing tiffins form out side what ever they like. they don't even know the local language.bad smell is coming from rooms. Wash room is not good water is leaking in all rooms what else I can say apart for location every thing is bad

Waste hotel for family staying.provided bed, almera are in damaged condition. Wash rooms are very dirty. Commot flush tank is not working. Simply waste for family staying. Waste of my mone. As per your database it shows excellent. Please think. Also, they are displayed boards delux room cost per day is 1100/-. It may be lack of business. Hence, we pre checkout the hotel yesterday 25th December night. It is very worst staying for us. Thank you.

Worest experience with non Cordinenc with fab and hotel people.. I payed 500 advans to fab for booking, and hotel people taken total invoice amount now fab customer service not lifting my call... Total 500 lose
