Worst experience call me

Roo. Was neat and clean and service was very good. Staffs were very kind and helpful and even the breakfast was very good. They provided dosa, poori, poha and bread and jam with tea. Its really more than worth for people who stay for Us interview who usually stay for a day or two

The guy sat on reception had lot of attitude and was a bit rude in talking also...

Washroom water problem

Just to highlight: there parking is in basement and the ramp is so steep that u will feel ur car will turn upside down. And if ur car is loaded and slightly weak engine and may be ur car will get stuck in parking. Staff was also not cooperating

If zero star, than I have given zero star. Bedsheets were worn out dirty. Room was smelling. No water in bathroom. Spider web and cockroaches are guest before you. No tea facility. No one to take your luggage.

Worst experience denied check in and asked me to cancel the booking and pay extra money to book hotel. No TV no light in washroom rude staff behaviour. Totally disappointed and terrible experience.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever met in my entire life. Had booked this place as an emergency as I reached past midnight. The caretaker was sleeping near the reception and would not budge even once when I tried to wake him up, multiple times! stating I wanted to check in. Called fab hotels customer service and they couldn't do anything to reach the owner/ appropriate person who could help. I had to cancel and look for forward another place in the early hours (3am to 4am precisely) . Would never recommend this place and fab hotels to female travellers, please be vigilant of such places and services to avoid the worst experience while traveling!

The worst ever experience I had in my life. I was traveling with family and booked a room in this place for July 11,12 and 13, paid Rs 936 as advised. I realised that booking is done in another office and has nothing to do with the property management. I asked for early check-in and was advised to talk to the property management. I called the reception and talked to them about it. They asked me to call on 10th July, which I did. They agreed, but after 10 pm they sent a message that there is no vacancy, and will get the room only after 12 noon. We were travelling from Chennai and reached Hyderabad by 5:30 am. We spent some time in Railway station and decided to go to the hotel by 9:30. After reaching the property, the drama begins! There was no one at the reception. Three families were waiting there. A cleaner approached me and I told him about check-in. He said the room will be ready in an hour's time. We waited for 45 minutes,, the other two families left. Another person came (I think he is the office boy)to the reception and he said that it will take another hour to get the room. By 11 am another person came (I think he is the receptionist). He was the person who asked me to come in the morning. I asked about the situation and response was horrible. The worst ever behaviour a person can show to a client. He started arguing and was justifying himself without even making some alternative. The conversation ended up threatening us. It came to the verge of physical attack. We left the place immediately. I'm sure this place is not safe for families. No one is safe with the receptionist around. Reviews were okay and opted for this place. My experience in this place is still haunting me. The worst ever experience in my life. While booking, what they say is not the reality. Think twice before you book.
