Was booked in hotel prime avenue, made advance and got the mail confirmation and booking code through WhatsApp. Suddenly the property was changed just before 3-4 hours checkin. The other property was not good and contacted the customer care and the solution provided is not acceptable. Very much disappointed with Fabhotel and will recommend to friends and colleagues not to book it on Fab. Poor service.

I booked room with breakfast but they didn't have kitchen. I looted by fab hotels

Hotel didn't accept booking from Fab hotels app. I have already escalated to FAB hotels customer care RAGAV and they told me to refund my money. Bad experience.
