FabHotel Prime Sapphire Inn
Room good and budget friendly. Staff supportive. Little leakage from flush of toilet.
FabHotel Jaipur Villa
Good place for a small stay for corporates. One thing to be improved is food quality and service.
FabHotel Shiv Mahima
Photos looked great—clean, well-maintained rooms and nice exterior—but they were heavily edited. Reality didn’t match. Check-in was delayed (room not ready), which was annoying. Rooms were clean and okay, but just average. Decent stay, nothing special. Check recent real guest photos before booking.
FabHotel Shiv Mahima
Recently, my friend and I visited Jaipur for a couple of days and stayed at Shiv Mahima Hotel. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM, while the official check-in time was 12:00 PM. Since rooms were available, we requested an early check-in. However, the hotel charged us an additional ₹300 for the early access. In my previous experiences, hotels generally accommodate early check-ins without extra charges if rooms are vacant. Though disappointed, we paid the amount and proceeded with the check-in. The room itself was decent and reasonably clean, so there were no major complaints regarding cleanliness or basic amenities. However, the behavior of the hotel staff was not professional. Additionally, the room keys and other materials provided appeared to be of very low quality. On the same night, while stepping out for dinner, the room key broke as we were locking the door. We immediately went to the reception to report the issue and requested a duplicate key. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the situation calmly, the staff began blaming and humiliating us. They accused us of intentionally breaking the key, which was both unreasonable and upsetting. We tried to explain that such incidents can happen accidentally and that if we had broken the key intentionally, we would not have reported it ourselves. However, the staff was unwilling to listen and continued to insist that we were responsible. What should have been a simple resolution turned into a 20–25 minute heated argument. Eventually, when we asked for a solution so we could move on, the staff demanded ₹500 as a repair charge for the broken key. Considering that key repairs generally cost much less, the amount seemed excessive. Despite trying to reason with them, they were not willing to reconsider. To avoid further harassment and delay, we paid the ₹500. Overall, this experience left us feeling disrespected and unfairly treated. It appeared that the hotel was more focused on extracting additional money rather than ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Shiv Mahima Hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur. Travelers should be cautious, as unexpected charges may arise during their stay. I also request FabHotels to review and monitor the conduct of properties listed under their brand to ensure such incidents do not happen to other guests
FabHotel Prime Sapphire Inn
Experience is not good as room is unclean, bedsheet is torn. Regular bad smell coming in from room
FabHotel Jai Mangal Palace
I had booked this hotel room with complimentary breakfast included. However, I was not provided breakfast. The staff informed me that breakfast is served only at 10:30 AM. I had to leave for my office at 10:00 AM, so I could not avail the breakfast. If breakfast is included in the booking, there should be reasonable timing for guests who need to leave early. This was disappointing and inconvenient. Please ensure proper communication and flexibility for business travelers.
FabHotel Bohra International
I booked Fab hotel Bohra International, Jaipur for 4 days and 3 nights through Booking.com, after carefully reviewing all the details and amenities listed on the platform. Unfortunately, my actual experience was completely contrary to what was advertised, leading to significant disappointment and inconvenience. Upon arrival, I was shocked to see that none of the facilities mentioned on Booking.com were provided. The room size was extremely small, and the bed was queen-sized, whereas the listing clearly mentioned a king-sized bed. Despite booking a Deluxe Room, basic toiletries were not provided at all. Additionally, the photographs shown on the platform depicted spacious rooms with a sofa, tea table, and kettle, but none of these amenities were present. The bathroom was in very poor condition and had leakage issues, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. I immediately requested a room change or an upgrade, but the hotel manager refused outright, behaved aggressively, and spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner. I was asked to contact Fab hotel support instead. However, when I tried reaching Fab hotel customer care, the assistance number was non-functional, especially when selecting the option for help with an ongoing booking. I then contacted Booking.com customer support. Although the executive understood my concern, I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes while she attempted to contact the hotel, after which the call was disconnected without any resolution or follow-up. Since the entire payment had already been made, I had no option but to continue my stay, despite the distress and dissatisfaction. To add to the experience, when I ordered hot tea on the second day, it was served cold and of extremely poor quality. On the last day of my stay, another family checked in and faced the same misleading issues, which clearly indicates that this is a recurring problem and not an isolated incident. This experience reflects misleading advertising, poor service standards, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior, which is deeply concerning. I strongly urge the higher authorities to investigate this matter, take corrective action, and ensure that such discrepancies and treatment of guests are not repeated in the future.
FabHotel Prime Rudra
I'm writing this as someone who was seriously inconvenienced and extremely disappointed. We drove in from Delhi and reached late at night after confirming in advance with FabHotels customer care that a late check-in would not be a problem. We specifically chose this property because it advertised 24x7 reception. We were clearly told it would be fine. When we arrived, the person at the reception was asleep on the floor. After waking him, we were rudely told that no rooms were available despite having a confirmed booking. The attitude made it seem like we had done something wrong by arriving late, even though we had taken the effort to confirm this beforehand. After a long highway drive, being treated like an inconvenience was unacceptable. Later, another staff member came to the reception and handled things in a relatively better manner. He was calmer and more professional. However, by that point the damage was done. The first impression and the initial behavior were enough to completely shake our confidence in the place. The property itself is misleading. The pictures make it appear like a proper hotel setup, but in reality it is just a single-floor arrangement. The room felt like it was built out of thin wooden partitions. We heard noises repeatedly throughout the night, not just once or twice. It kept happening. It sounded like movement around us, like someone shifting things or walking very close to the room. On top of that, there were multiple openings and gaps in odd places, above the cupboard and even within the light enclosure area in the washroom. These gaps made the space feel exposed and uncomfortable. It did not feel secure. We stayed only because we needed a short rest before continuing our journey at sunrise. Otherwise, we would have left. The washroom was dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. Basic cleanliness standards were not met. To make matters worse, when we had earlier called FabHotels customer care to confirm late check-in, the representative sent us QR codes and encouraged us to make a direct payment instead of sticking with the original booking. This created unnecessary confusion and ultimately led to a double booking situation that could have easily been avoided with proper guidance.
FabHotel Shiv Mahima
Worst experience ever. - Extremely rude staff - Poor maintenance - Strong bad smell throughout the room - Geyser not working We stayed here for just one day and had to leave due to the terrible experience. The staff was shockingly rude and behaved as if they didn’t care about customers at all. The hotel is located inside a residential society, and the society gates are locked at night. This was never communicated to us. As a result, we were roaming around at 3:00 AM, searching for the correct entrance for nearly half an hour. Despite the hotel being almost empty, we were deliberately given a room on the 4th floor just because we booked through FabHotels. This was done even though the lift was not working. There was also no staff available to help with luggage, so we had to carry our bags ourselves all the way up to the 4th floor. To make matters worse, the room we were assigned did not even have a key. The excuse given was that a previous guest had taken it with them. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.
FabHotel Shiv Mahima
I had the worst experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude and treated us as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. The main issues: Discrimination: Because we booked a lower rate through FabHotels, the staff treated us poorly. They openly had a "rude talking style" and showed no respect for us as guests. Zero Service: Even though the hotel had vacant rooms on lower floors, they gave us a room on the top floor. The lift was broken, and no one offered to help with our bags. We had to carry all our luggage up the stairs ourselves. Room Quality: The rooms are in poor condition and had a very bad smell. I highly recommend staying somewhere else. Saving money is not worth being treated this poorly.
