Spend two nights here . rooms were good and the stuff was so supportive and police . very nice hotel to stay at this area .

Staff is very friendly / warm they go beyond and helped us whatever special request we made they provided bespoke services.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the maintenance and amenities provided during my recent stay at your hotel from [22/07/2024] to [25/07/2024]. despite the positive reputation that preceded your establishment, my experience was far from satisfactory. upon arrival, i immediately noticed several maintenance issues in my room, including [describe specific issues such as no charging sakets, unclean conditions, etc.]. these problems not only caused inconvenience but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene and safety standards maintained by your hotel. moreover, the lack of basic amenities was disappointing. essential items such as [list missing amenities, e.g., toiletries, clean towels, functioning air conditioning, hot water, clean bedsheets wi-fi, etc.] were either unavailable or in poor condition. this lack of attention to detail significantly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay. despite bringing these issues to the attention of the front desk staff, the response was inadequate and failed to address my concerns. the minimal effort to rectify the situation only added to my frustration and disappointment. as a paying guest, i expect a certain standard of service and hospitality, which was regrettably not met. i urge you to take immediate action to address these maintenance and amenity issues to prevent future guests from experiencing similar dissatisfaction. i request a refund or compensation for the inconveniences endured during my stay. i look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
