The Hotel is good earlier registered under oyo, But now the fabhotel sayada needs little maintenance but at the price rate the rooms are great

Poor service. AC was delibrate kept off. It was made on only after second remimder. Better service is available in same location with lower price. Not advisable to book this Hotel.

I had the worst experience in my whole life here. The manager held me hostage inside the hotel and wouldn't allow me to leave and claimed I broke the bathroom door frame in the room and demanded money, 2500r extra. I was literally physically locked inside with padlock and he turned the elevator off from the main switch. Also the hot water wasn't working, cold water barely flowed, and there were ants in my bed. There was a massive puddle of water in the bathroom that just didn't flow away and there wasn't even a squeegee to clean it up. Manager refused to give me any sort of discount and demanaded me to pay the full price. When I refused to let him scam me he became angry and agressive and claimed I broke something in the room and demanded payment. The manager he is a cheating, lying, scammer. Stay away otherwise your life will be in danger here.

Don't be deceived by online ratings and attractive photos. The room was in terrible condition, with a strong, unpleasant odor, a damaged ceiling, and dirty bedsheets and pillows. It was so bad that I felt nauseated during my stay. I had booked the room for two days, paying nearly ₹2,000 per day. However, on the first day, they claimed there was no water in the room and shifted me to another hotel, which I later found online for just ₹1,000 per dayand also 5km away . Despite this, they didn't refund the difference. The only reason I stayed was because the staff was polite and supportive. But honestly, it felt like a scam.

It’s the worst out there. They play loud music all the time, there’s some nightclub advice which makes the room vibrate all the time at night. The reception is useless. Entire hotel has shitty room. I hated staying with you. Also noooo lake view

Initial interaction was good. But below are the cons. Cons: Room is too small in size. Bed is too small. I was not able to adjust in that my feet were not fitting. Biggest problem when I was doing Chek out the receptionist told me there is broken soap dispenser(Bootle Handwash) and he wanted to blame that on me and take money because I had already paid for the room so he came up with this idea to fetch money . I am seeing an old review where I was staying in the same room and same comment they have also mentioned. I told him it was already broken. He knew that so he didn't say anything. I will not suggest to go there.
