I recently stayed at FabHotel Yellow Leaf and was thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and proper training in guest relations. Receptionist was super rude and unprofessional. Throughout my stay, I encountered staff members who simply did not know how to communicate appropriately with customers. Their manner was discourteous and their approach to handling guest concerns was wholly inadequate. Basic hospitality standards were clearly not being met. When you’re paying for hotel accommodation, you expect a certain level of service and respect. Unfortunately, FabHotel Yellow Leaf failed to deliver on this fundamental expectation. The unprofessional behavior of the staff significantly detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay.

I visited FabHotel Yellow Leaf and was extremely disappointed with the reception staff’s behavior. The receptionist was not only unprofessional but also extremely rude. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I expected basic courtesy and professional service, but the experience fell far short of any reasonable standard. Management needs to urgently address their staff’s attitude and customer service skills.

Basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste were only provided after being requested. Furthermore, post-bath essentials such as body lotion or hair oil were missing. Most unacceptably, when asked for a comb, the room service staff offered their own used comb, which is extremely unhygienic and unprofessional."

Worst experience ever . The room has smoke coming from other rooms n at 2 in the morning people are fighting in the corridor n very unsafe for women n kids. Avoid this place .

The hotel did not meet expectations. Cleanliness was below standard, and the room felt neglected. Service was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the stay

Broken shower, no almirah to keep luggage or hang your clothes. WiFi was the pathetic part. Was there for business visit and needed good WiFi. Leave good , it was pathetic, worst range and sometimes no internet connection. Forgot to tell about food. Never, i repeat never opt with breakfast inculsion. Don’t have any menu. only pratha chai that’s all and that also limited quantity.
