The entire staff is very nice and everyone's behavior is very good, the room is also fine.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

It was a very pleasant stay here. Situated at the prime location all places are at very close proximity. The staff members are polite and helpful. The hotel services are available 24x7 and if any request made they will look into it immediately. Daily cleanliness is maintained. Thank you for your hospitality and keep up the good work.

Although hotel is newly constructed ,still washroom was stinky not cleaned properly. We arrived at 4 in the hotel but our 1 room was not ready . When I asked receptionist she said HO JANDAA AIVEN . No space for parking , park at your own risk. They don't allow to park in front of hotel . They advise you to park nearby parking.

Почему удаляете отзывы????!! Why are you deleting comments? This is a terrible hotel. When I first entered the room, Pen had a dirty toilet, there were stains and hair on the bed linen. The floors were dirty too. I went to the reception. They changed my bed linen, but it was still stained and hairy. The toilet was cleaner, but the floors were so dirty all over the room. I was promised to change the room, but no one did it. I fell asleep because I was very tired at night after the road. When I woke up in the morning, I needed to wash up, but there was no hot water. When I went to the reception, they told me to wait 4 minutes. 15 minutes later, a bucket of hot water was brought to me. I do not recommend this hotel. I couldn't sleep properly because there is no normal sound insulation, people were talking very loudly at the reception all night
