Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The newly established hotel is currently undergoing managerial changes. The owner's empathetic approach is commendable. Rooms are well-appointed and strategically located. Service is expected to enhance as the managerial shifts progress. The hotel also features a cloud kitchen for its culinary offerings.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Staff behaviour is too bad..! I recently stayed at Hotel HC Mohali Inn for a family trip, and it was a terrible experience. The accessibility was poor, making it hard to reach the hotel. The food was sub-standard, lacking flavor and quality. Additionally, the hotel is poorly connected to nearby attractions, making our stay even more frustrating. I booked online expecting better but left disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel for leisure stays!

Hotel is new but they don't know how this industry works. Booked room with them in emergency. Location is hard to find. The receptionist girl has so much attitude don't know how to talk when i asked for towel and soap she clearly said that we don't have towels as laundry will come in morning and did not provide the soap. Charged extra for water bottle. Ac was not working properly. There was smell in the water in washroom. It was nightmare to live for a night. Never ever book room with them. One can book 3 star hotels at same price at same Location

Very very bad ....there is no any service and the staff is totally disgusting...they don't know how to talk with the customers....there is so much hotels in Mohali but this is actually very bad .. No Ac service..and when we asked for Ac ...they said there is no inverter service. Torn bed sheet and dust everywhere No cleaning nothing is good in this hotel ..I lost my money for bad hotel..I stayed for 3 days but it was bad experience

New hotel but what matters most the sheets and pillows had a lot of stains on it and the room was filled with bugs and insects in the morning which was disgusting. Checked in late around 2am so had to stay - A.C wasn’t functioning properly - bed was hard- found it very hard to sleep even after a long haul flight. Stay away from this hotel if you’d like to sleep peacefully

The staff is extremely rude. Do not go for the pictures of rooms as shown in Google or fabhotels. Rooms are extremely dirty. No cleanliness at all. Rooms phone was not working throughout my stay. Insects in the washroom. Extremely unhygienic. My money got totally wasted. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
