    I had booked the room for 2 people on 16th jan.'19 for 24th jan. and got the confirmation also. we had made advance payment in full. on 23rd afternoon, the day i have to travel to mumbai, i got a call informing that the hotel is under maintenance and our booking is moved to an "upgraded hotel" fabhotel amour. i asked them about early checkin, to which the executive answered in the affirmative without any extra cost if the room is available and possible checkin time was also conveyed to him as 7 am. when we reached the "upgraded hotel", the man at the counter asked as to wait and he sat at the counter and not bother to inform us anything further. after sometime of waiting, when we asked him about room, he asked as to pay rs. 900/- for early checkin (even when the rooms were available). when i informed about the conversation with executive who had called me to confirm the up-gradation, he asked me to call the customer care no. and when customer care executive intervened, he brought down the early checkin rate to rs.700/-. we then went to another hotel, where some of our friends were put-up, to get fresh. in the evening when we checked-in, there was some other person at the counter. when we asked about the early check-in policy, to our utter shock he tells us that the rate is rs.1000/-. i just want to know the actual policy of the hotel for early check-ins. when over the phone you say there is no charge and then harass the guest and loot them when they arrive. this was a disgusting experience. i would advise other guests to be careful while booking fab hotels.

    Wrost experience ever. my booking was for one night. in the whole night i was unable to sleep. air conditioner was making sound. water getting leaked by air confidence & that got spread all over the room. then i call up room service. room service boy reaches after one and half hour. bathroom flush was not at all working. hot water was not there in the shower though hot water provision was there. toothpaste kit was not there i need to call up reception of it. breakfast was not served to me. i need to fight for it coz i have paid money for it. in brekfast firstly i was served 2 half cutted bread slices & nothing was there in between the bread slices except little bot of butter. i refused it. then i call up for some other breakfast but till the time it was over as said by pantry guy. then he said u will get idli only i said ok, send it. then he said it is also over then i said what i will get to eat now. he said everything is over. i dont how how can everything gets over in a hotel which is near to mumbai internet & domestic airport. then i got a paratha with curd in a very small bowl with a cutting tea. the paratha was wrost. i thought it might be of yesterday's nights. i am sure it was not fresh. the curd was also too much tangy. it was also not fresh. i have paid for air conditioner delux room & needlessly i need to sleep with a sealing fan. toatl westage of money. very much disappointed with the hospitality ...

    Very bad experience i had in hotel very poor housekeeping poor housekeepers and there is nobody into the house cleaning department who can listen to you and can resolve your problem. and even front office person has no mood to listen to you i stayed there for 3 days in all the three days when i checked then i found that on first day there was spot on bed sheet and pillow covers are dirty and towel was not changed which was used by previous guest at hotel i lodge the complaint but there is nobody who can settle the things. the entire room was requiring lots of deep cleaning and the room was not even clean on my second day i have given the key to reception for requesting the cleaning but the housekeeping staff has only clean my bed sheet and what i see that bed sheet has not been replaced even after 2nd request . again requested to the front office guy and the housekeeping team both have checked the issue but nobody came for the cleaning on the 3rd day of my stay i left the key at counter and requested for cleaning at the back what i see that the room was dirty and cleaning was not done even but the towel was not replaced and at the time of check in the same dirty towel kept which was used by previous. for me totally waste of money and killing your peace when you are tired from entire day at office

    On business trip with my colleagues i visited mumbai in june 2017. we reserved our stay in fab hotel andheri east through online. mumbai was the very good city. the location of the hotel was very good but there was no proper connectivity from the hotel there were no sightseeing places and public transport was also not easily available. the appearance of the hotel was very good with its ambiance it was a newly constructed hotel but from the exterior it will not seems as a hotel. the front desk of the hotel was too good at service but sitting area in the reception was very congested. the staff i the reception was very coordinating whatever we request they provided within time. they dropped us to the room and while checkout they took us up to the vehicle. we reserved triplex room it was excellent lighting was good beds were comfortable bathroom was clean it a bit open type. we did not have food in the food we consumed from outside restaurant which was walkable distance. there was no window in the room lift facility was not there these were the drawbacks other than this all were very fine. there were no extra activities in the hotel. this was the best budget hotel in the mumbai. i suggest to the hotel to improve in the parking zone. i refer the hotel to other travelers.

    Book this hotel only if you need a nice room to sleep, because you can't expect service from them.but still if you do expect the same, brace yourself for some serious disappointment. for every service, i had to call atleast thrice. the manager is extremely rude(+moron). moreover there was no electricity backup support. during my stay there were multiple power outage & i had a report submission, i had to prepare it under the corridor lights(pics included) bcoz my room had some special problems. i prepared the report like this for half an hr till they gave me another room. there was no cell reception. i had 3 mobile networks. none of them worked. i had to move 11 times out of the hotel to call people for report submission. the wifi speed is below par. i wasn't able to send even whatsapp msgs. we requested for wakeup call on two different nights,they didn't call on either of the days. their breakfast is a joke. book a room+breakfast only if u get the additional breakfast in under rs 50,bcoz it isn't worth a single penny more.
