It's very nice and happy to say that hotel royal resedency hotel is perfect to stay. I enjoyed the ambience and pleasant stay.staff was good and helpful. It's very much convenient to reach anyone from airport. Overall i can suggest who ever go for us consulate should stay here. It's very near and accessible for all transport. Good place and you can have a nice food in neighbourhood. I had a great special tea here. It's really nice

Location is very bad , not ideal with family and small rooms and most of the times room are smelly

First the hotel got changed, so that was bad experience. Iwifi was not working, tv didn't had cable , since wifi was not there you tube was also not working. There were holes in bed sheet. No much cooling in qc.

Wash basin seat was broken , Room was Stinking , we checked out the room within 10 minutes because of smell but room rent was not returned .

There were curled hair(looked like public hair or facial hair) in the bed linen, the bathroom wash basin had some kind of junk sticking out of it, the faucet and showered were rusty and deposited with minerals blocking the shower. Im going to actively prevent any of my known acquaintances from booking this hotel.
