    "Dear Oscan and FAB management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel and to request a refund for the dissatisfaction I experienced. During my stay on [Date], I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience: Unclean Room: The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. The room appeared unkempt, which made it uncomfortable for me to stay. Lack of Hangers: There were no hangers available for my clothes, which caused inconvenience as I had to keep my clothes on a chair. Reckless Staff: I found the staff to be inattentive and unprofessional, which added to the overall dissatisfaction of my stay. Due to these issues, I stayed for only about 5 hours before deciding to check out. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the duration of my stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response."

    "Uncooperative reception desk, denied checkin saying they dont accept online bookings, room was too small and congested, too dirty room, bed size very small, no geser in washroom, dirty washroom, no lift facility, no proper connectivity for transport, no proper road access."
