"Reality Uncensored. 12 hours before check-in, I called the hotel(FabHotel ST Stand Nagpur) for providing my check-in time. They told they won't able to provide me check in because I got booking ₹200 lower than they(FabHotel Nagpur) wanted and asked me to talk with FabHotels Customer Care. I called customer care and they (FabHotels Customer Care) did solve the issue by paying that extra money to the hotel from my side and kept my booking alive. So my question is why FabHotel ST Stand Nagpur is doing business with FabHotels if they don't accept FabHotel India booking & authority and run their hotel as an independent entity. Why do they shame FabHotels India? At Hotel: 1. I was looking for FabHotels Brand name on the property hotel but failed to find logo or name. I have to ask people inside is it FabHotel? Then I was able to confirm the location. Only FabHotel Brand name/logo I could locate in my entire stay was on the soap inside the bathroom. They should put a board outside that it is Fab. 2. The actual room was very small than expected. I got better and bigger rooms in Nagpur in the same tariff. For instance, I got a bigger bathroom than this room in my previous stay in Nagpur for the same price range. 3. Out of the 4 wall power outlet, only 2 were working. How we suppose to work if the desk power outlet for a laptop was also dead. We don't move around with extension box/wire. 4. The bathroom main shower mixer tab/fixture was broken or not working. Need to go out without having a refreshing bath. The hotel must have known that fixture has a problem then why did they allocate that room to the guest? 5. Other improvements: - Locks need to be improved. -Hangers in Cupboard absent. - No low-intensity light in the room all lights too bright. -Dusty Cupboard. - Need improvement in cleaning quality check. - Towels had a bad odour in them. I am writing this in good faith, so what so ever issues and problems present now should be solved and we should excel and prosper in our field. I hope you take it in a good way.
