1 AverageHi, i stayed here with family yesterday & booked for 3 rooms for 15.03.25 to 16.03.25 experience is worst 1.first of all there is no parking area as promised. 2.manager is very arogant towards customer, as if he owned the hotel. 3.gyser in rooms not working properly, water supply problem, main door lock problem,etc.& service is worst, as compared to 3*** rated. ( i give 1*) 4.not advisable for family, & sr.citizens as lifts are not in condition.( my mom age 79 years came walking to downstairs, who is having health issues) 5.surprise with the fabhotels om sai hotel experience.. stay out of itSandip Bhise, 16 Mar

1 AverageMy complaint is now not about hotel om sai, but about fab hotel organization. fab hotel has enlisted various lodges in the name of hotels. after reaching the destination i found om sai in a dirty lane of nasik. dirty lenins, dirty blankets and toilet was like a public toilet. worst cheating done with me was that while direct booking room charge was much lower per day whereas through fab hotels i was charged 1400/- per day. even on the same floor half is used as lodge and rest as a coaching. now it is better to delete account from this app after getting 2 debacle back to back in a single trip.Sunil Dhawan, 31 Dec

1 AverageBooked hotel due to fabhotel brand but experience is very very poor. hotel is located in shopping complex, with coaching class on same floor (2nd) and so feel cheated, by fabhotel brand.such a dirty locality .not suitable for famalies .as we saw the locality and and the room we just left from there .it has no star at all .we had already made advance payment.but can't compromise with our health .just a unhegience and a dirty place .fab management to take action and audit the hotel.this is first time in our life we got such a horrible experience.the photos on the site are photo shoped .Valencia Gracias, 30 Dec

1 AverageOn reaching the staff was reluctant to pay more( rs.300 )which we resisted. as per booking there was a sofa bed for 3rd person which was not there. the staff present was very rude .threw matress for third person on our head and didn't arrange bedding in room.wash roo. window was broken photo added here. difficult for ladies to take bath .didn't change room after 9 o'clock new attendant came who was very cooperative.Ashoni Pandita, 31 Dec

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 8 May
