This is lodging , not good for family, i have book through fab hotel and suddenly without any knowledge they cancelled my booking while we are travelling. after reach the hotel he said fab cancelled your booking and after so many calls and discussion we have stay one night in this lodging.

Guy taking care is not supportive. Doesn't care about customer service he goes by his rule book. One of biggest red flag he was smoking green stuff.
