Balaji Inn is a great place to stay, offering a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and spacious, making it a good choice for families and groups. We booked an AC room for three people at ₹2000, and it was definitely worth the price. The room was well-furnished, featuring a double bed plus a single bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all of us. One of the highlights of our stay was the quick service—the staff was responsive and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The hotel also provides hot and cold water, which adds to the convenience, especially for travelers. Overall, Balaji Inn offers excellent value for money with good rooms, prompt service, and essential amenities. Highly recommended for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay!

Dirty uncleaned room. Hotel staff don't do any regular cleaning if you are staying for longer period. Ac also didn't work. Location - in PAnchavati - it has all the important places nearby - lalaram, gora ram mandir, sita gufa , goda arati you can attend in the evening ( it starts by 7PM) At night you must visit the kalaram mandir It feels very peaceful.

During our stay, both the fan and AC were not working in the scorching heat. When I first noticed the issue, I requested a room change, but the staff member insisted that the AC would be sufficient and that we didn’t need the fan. However, the AC wasn’t functioning either, and we struggled in the heat until 1 AM, unable to sleep. I had to request a room change again, and only around 1:30 AM did they finally switch our room. After that, we were able to sleep. The delay and lack of prompt assistance made the experience quite uncomfortable.

We booked 2 rooms, but the receptionist only gave us one bill receipt. When we asked for the second one, he said he would send it on WhatsApp. He also tried to generate the bill using the old bill number. The room and bathroom were not clean, with cockroaches in both. No towels were provided in the bathroom . The electric kettle in one of the rooms was not working.

Pathetic the rooms not clean bedsheet dirty, AC not in working condition it's not livable here at all. We stayed because of the location near to ghat please explore other options nearby a lot of dharmashala provides good stay option.

Very bad experience I had in this rama palace hotel. Very dirty rooms, service is also very bad. Even they don't provide handwash to wash hands. Bedsheets and pillow was very dirty. Cockroaches are in the bathroom. They don't have any food or restaurant. Only for stay I have paid 1700/- . TV is only for show. They don't provide any service. No food. No tea coffee. Bed are very creaky.

The worst experience I've had with Fab till date First the booking was done by third party person who asked for advance The rooms and washrooms were told to be clean and neat But when we got there The bedsheets was torn and the toilet was very very dirty After that the third person who did the booking asked for proof for returning the advance The worst experience I've ever had please don't improve this hotel shut it down. The rooms were ok if you are paying close to 1000/- bucks but day receptionist was very rude arrogant guy. The way he was treating from the start is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional at the highest level. The night receptionist was good guy. Even our breakfast was included in the package bug the day receptionist denied by saying we dont have kitchen. In our room flush was not working but we had to stay for a night only so we didnt complaint. Most importantly, it is not good for families. They are like oyo where most of the booking is done by bachelors. I hope many would understand what i am saying.
