Absolutely rubbish service please you close your fb hotel series. its only wastefull of money without giving any service totally unsatisfied.

I booked fabhotel buddha inn with my female friend. we were in college uniform. first they denied that we dont allow checkin in uniform. please change it. we said them that we want this room for only 1-2 hour right now and then we will come tomorrow morning. after insisting they give the room chcekin. after few mins i was called downstairs on the reception counter and they said that you have to pay extra . in this tarrif we will not allow you. they seen that i am with a girl and after giving room i will not argue with them and i will pay somehow. and seeing this and using this benefit they charged me extra 600? . i paid using card. i was there only for 1-2 hour that time and the receptionist or manager killed my half hour by doing this .
then after 1.5 hour i left my room and gave key to the reception that i will come tomorrow morning at 6-7 am and asked for tomorrow breakfast
they told me okay sir come tomorrow .
by evening i called fabhotel customer care to solve my extra charge issue . they told me to take receipt from hotel and upload it on mail.
for taking reciept ,i went to the hotel in evening and asked for reciept ,hotel staff gave me number of a senior person shreshtha kumar. i called him and found that they checked out my room from their system because they found nothing in my room and my key was at the reception counter. they denied to give me room . after calling fabhotels , they put mr shreshtha on conference, i said him ,why would i bring luggage ,if it allow local id checkin . my house is in the town so luggage is not required. you have to ask from me whether i left or not. i give my phone to the receptionist whom i told in morning that i will come tomorrow at 6 am.
he told mr shreshtha that sir had said that he will come. after several min argument with mr shreshtha, he said its my hotel , i will decide when to checkin when to checkout. they blackmailed us that we have your photos . thanks us that we allowed you in uniform.they said dont kill my time , come tomorrow and ask from the one whom you said. so i said if its your protocol to deny checkin if anyone in uniform. so why you broke your protocol for me . i am not vip. you could had simply said us that we will not allow kindly change dress.
we would had not asked you again.
but you allowed and then saying like you have done something exceptional
and blackmailing us.
i request fabhotel to give details of mr shreshtha to the owner and authorities of the budhha in hotel and request them to remove this type of employee, arrogant employee.
i am requesting fabhotel , please remove your hotel chain from this hotel also.
may be they had installed cameras also in the rooms ,dont know
everyone was there filled with arrogance because of only 1 thing that owner was a powerful politician.
and they think no one can do anything against him.
you have all the call records what mr shreshtha had said to me.
kindly listen and then take action .
in morning at 7 am i went to the hotel.
there was no senior staff .
a junior staff gave me the room after insisting him also. he also said that 300 will be extra charged for early checkin . i told the whole issue .
finally they gave me room
now after 20 mins , a staff came and insisted us to leave room in half hour as senior will cut payment from their salary because they haven’t asked seniors before giving room.
after argument with him. i denied him and said we will not leave before 10 am and closed my door.
at 9:20 am i checked out because i dont wanted that manager cuts employee salary because of me.
but i want to say , worst experience ever.
they will disturb you in every 15 minutes.
staff was not professional at all
and specially mr shreshtha ,he was arrogant and will behave like he had done something exceptional.
i want my full refund.
my 600rs extra payment and my 676rs paid amount
total 1276.
and also want compensation.
and if they had captured any photographs.
we will not tolerate . we will sue you both , hotel buddhha inn and fabhotels both

Hello, i am rajdeep here. i have taken this hotel for 5 nights stay for my examination and have pre booked with the token amount. the beginning and ending was bit sour story of stay . as on the day of reservation i reached early at the hotel it was raining very heavily. when i reached there are few peoples around reception including the manager, their body language was negative they started telling me that sir all room was occupied you have to look somewhere else. i was like in shock as i paid online to confirm my stay and hearing those words of despair. i got tensed as there was examination pressure as well as unprofessionalism from hotel staff.then i called fab customer care the people which i talked genuinely(the name of guy was asif not very sure ) understand my problem and was very helpful and assured me that your stay was confirmed you have to wait for check in time which was around 12 pm. but there are few good people in hotel staff too like i want to mention the name of the guy "ranjay"(again not remembering the complete name) who was very dutiful towards customer and very caring. he assured me anything i want just tell me. he was very empathetic person . because of him only i didn't gave any negative rating to hotel even though on the last day of my stay my ac didn't worked that whole night, tv sound not working blah blah. i like to have few suggestion to hotel staff like they have to be professional in handling customer ,breakfast would be much better if they gave different things (puri sabzi become monotonous everyday breakfast timing) even though cleanness was there but not satisfactory enough, in raining season there was water clogging at the entrance of the hotel which is not acceptable if you want to be a brand in market.although there good point also as it nice place to stay as it bit quiet, well connectivity with road, you can order food from outside (as i have tasted different dishes using swiggy, dominos, nice room .so overall i liked my stay and looking forward to stay in that hotel anytime i be there in patna.
